So, there are no archive issues being added other than what would ordinarily have been added without an Ultra tier? The only additional Ultra titles are the one-month old books?
Am I misunderstanding something?

There are also going to be more Vertigo/Black Label books from the past exclusive to the Ultra tier, which I believe they’ve said should drop in November. I don’t think they’ve revealed what those are just yet, just that none of the Vertigo/Black Label books that are already on the service will be moved to Ultra.

Looking forward to Justice League Vs. Legion, Jurassic League and especially Stargirl Glad it’s DCUI early access. But I am very glad that the new Blood Syndicate is finally being added. The original was my favorite Milestone series.

I guess what’s throwing me off is that this is the “What’s New in November” post, but no Vertigo books are listed. Only books released in October.

OK, sure, but where is the list of Vertigo, Black Label, and Collected Editions coming to Ultra members? I think it’s a lot to ask someone to pay $99 up front, a month and a half ahead of time, without letting them know the details about a major selling point.

While I would love to see the list (I hope it might have some Piranha Press also), they said it would be available in November and the discounted price can still be locked in until the 28th of November. I am waiting to see the list knowing that I can still get the introductory price when it comes out. If the list doesn’t impress me, I’ll keep to my monthly sub. (TBH, I most likely will upgrade, but if not I can wait the six months instead of one for the other comics.)

I am 100% with you on this. They promised to have more Black Label, collections, etc…and we only got a few. I am not going to pay the yearly subscription without knowing exactly what I am getting. As a monthly member since day one the streaming was a big part of why I signed up for monthly subscription. The only thing that kept me was the promise for more collections and Black Label. Then we got very little from either of those. I am contemplating canceling my subscription all the way around now, because there is no option for monthly members to upgrade.

The Riddler: Year One is, as denoted by the “Black Label” print on the cover:

The other two, DC vs. Vampires & DC: Mech both show they are for ages 13+ and don’t mention Black Label on the cover. Hope this helps

OMG That’s a lot of comics! I upgraded to ULTRA but plain old DCUI already has more than I have time to read! I would gladly pay twice the price of ULTRA for a DCUI “Cosmic Treadmill Edition” that allows me to stop time, read comics and get my daily steps in.

Vertigo releases will be announced in mid-November! We mentioned this a couple of times in the ULTRA FAQ thread, but it’s easy for that info to get lost.

I guess there is some confusion on this because the original post doesn’t say there would be a mid-November. It says,” Vertigo and Collected Editions from the back catalogue are slated for ULTRA Tier release in mid-November.” I guess that’s why we all thought there would be a list when the November post came out.
