I really liked seeing the Trinity decide to fake Superman’s loss to Batman. It was a fun story. Plus, anyone stealing anything from Luthor always makes me laugh. But I did also like Robin and Kid Flash’s story too.
It shouldn’t be surprising but Selina stealing Kryptonite from Luthor and giving to to Bats with classified intel. That and Diana interrupting the fight.
I think it stood up really well. It felt like it was just another chapter.
Probably the Robin-Kid Flash sorry. Kid Flash is pretty fun to read.
Perhaps it’s because I don’t entirely understand the bra-burning era, but the Wonder Woman / Black Canary story seemed weird. I did enjoy the various reactions from Canary, though.
For the most part it fit in really well. There were a few random swears that felt like they were out in just to be there, though. Like, what does “I call it the cat’s ass” even mean, Robin?
