DOOM CONFERENCE: ROGUES’ REVENGE
Synopsis
Captain Cold and the Rogues were accessories to the murder of Bart Allen. They’ve become what they never set out to be – wanted! Wanted by the good guys, by former Rogue Pied Piper, and by the Secret Society of Super-Villains.
Now, hunted by Libra and the Secret Society for refusing to worship the impending evil that is prophesized to claim Earth, Cold and his crew find themselves attacked on several fronts… and that doesn’t sit well with the Rogues.

INJUSTICE CONFERENCE: VILLAINS UNITED
Synopsis
Lex Luthor uses the events of Identity Crisis (as well as the threat of unstoppable force) to persuade nearly every super villain to join his “society,” which is led by a core group of himself, Deathstroke, Talia, Black Adam, Dr. Psycho, and Calculator. But a band of relatively obscure villains–Cat Man, Scandal, Cheshire, Deadshot, Parademon, and Ragdoll–organized by a mysterious figure named Mockingbird and calling themselves the Secret Six, defy Luthor, leading to all-out war.
Scenario
- The Rogues aren’t the only villains who spit in the face of authority. You are the Secret Six and you’ve just gotten yourselves on the hitlist of just about every DC Villain on Earth. But let’s just say you’ve got to get through 6 of the following (exclude those who are already on your team): Weather Wizard, Talia al Ghul, Cheetah, Captain Nazi, Doctor Polaris, Count Vertigo, Killer Frost, Solomon Grundy, Deathstroke, Black Adam (if you want a challenge)
- Feel free to be brief for most of the fights but try and focus on one or two interesting ones

Doom (Captain’s Statements)
The TRADE ELIGIBLES
The TRADE ELIGIBLES are summoned by Doctor Chaos as reports of a team of “New Rogues” in Central City emerge; and these “New Rogues” have decided to base themselves on the TRADE ELIGIBLES. While the TRADE ELIGIBLES acknowledge the tactical advantage of basing a team off of them, they cannot abide the offense.
Being it is Central City, Doctor Chaos eliminates the chance of interruption of their mission by speedsters by covering the city in a mystical dome that severs their universe’s connection to the SpeedForce, rendering any speedster inside the dome powerless and instantly taking the powers of any who cross into the domed area (including that protective
aura, so they better hope they aren’t speeding into the area cause that landing is gonna hurt.)
To take out the “New Rogues” Cyborg Superman infects New Kilg%re’s body and brings it under his control using superspeed and sheer force of will. At the same moment Kilg%re strikes at New
Cyborg Superman and usurps control of his body before he can respond with the aid of Kryptonite, which greatly weakens his foe.
Starro possesses some citizens which Bloodwork then infects, and the two of them together are able to resist the individual attempts of New Starro and New Bloodwork to possess or control people and are able to take control themselves, gaining enough power to take over New Bloodwork and New Starro themselves. The copies each on their own prove they are no match for the combined might of Bloodwork and Starro.
Sabaac engages New Sabaac in combat, and while the two are evenly matched, the battle wears both down enough that Bloodwork and Starro use their combined might to take control of New Sabaac, who they do not have to control for long, just long enough to force him to say the magical word that will transform him back to his normal mortal form, whose neck is instantly snapped by Sabaac.
New Doctor Chaos sees the writing on the wall and attempts to flee, but finds he is unable to do so, as Doctor Chaos has turned his attention to his doppleganger. The rest of the TRADE ELIGIBLES and their aquired minions surround him. Doctor Chaos syphons the life energy from their bested foes, killing them, and funnels it into one massive strike at New Doctor Chaos,
who is vaporized.
The TRADE ELIGIBLES leave the city through a mystical portal created by Doctor Chaos and leave, as soon as they do the SpeedForce barrier disperses. The lesson they leave behind is that while
a black cat crossing your path brings bad luck, an Evil Kat crossing your path brings only death.
VS.
Seven’s Syndicate
My team would fight themselves. Black Adam fights someone with his power set all the time, so you know he’s used to it by now. Shiva, Deathstroke, Owlman, and Ra’s are all master martial artists and incredibly smart. They have enough brains to think of the best way to take their mirrors out and the brawn to pull it off. As for Snart? He’s a character in the original scenario. You might already know how that went down.
As for how to take out a speedster, Captain Cold does this for a living. Now he has a great team to help. Black Adam has the stamina of Shu and the swiftness of Heru. Lady Shiva, Owlman, Ra’s, or even Deathstroke could come up with a plan on their own, but making one together? That’s a speedy victory.
Crisis Commanders
OPERATION: MISSION ABORT
Prior to the Rogues’ Revenge, the Crisis Commanders were well-suited for speedsters. Mirror Master was there from almost the very start as one of the original Rogues; as a power absorber, Libra can keep up with any speedster; Dr. Sivana contends with an enemy with the Speed of Mercury every week; Captain Comet himself counts super speed among his many powers; Indigo’s future tech can outthink even lightning-fast speedsters; and of course, Roger Hayden was there, the sole witness, at the moment when Barry Allen sacrificed his life in Crisis on Infinite Earths. Psycho-Pirate has seen it all.
Today the Crisis Commanders face a different challenge, one they’re no less equipped for. It was Libra himself who organized these doppelgänger rogues, and with Libra himself on our team, he’s exactly who we need to call them off. Convincing the New Rogues that their services are no longer required should be simple for the supernaturally charismatic Libra, and the effect can be enhanced by Psycho-Pirate’s emotional manipulation to put them in a trusting mood.
Even if it doesn’t entirely dissuade them, it should be enough to momentarily disarm them — all the time that Mirror Master would need to up the ante with still more mirror-generated doppelgängers. Whoever Libra organized to match Sam Scudder, they can’t match his mastery and experience as the founder of the mirror universe.
As a last resort, Indigo, Captain Comet, and Libra himself can provide all the muscle a team could want, while Sivana’s super science disrupts the enemy as needed — including his universal “Radio Silencer” which would prevent the New Rogues from calling in backup, or contacting “their” Libra for verification.
VS.
Juri’s Jailhouse
While Libra’s team has all of Juri’s Jailhouse’s powers and abilities, they don’t have the same minds. While Reverse-Creeper may be just as powerful, Creeper is one of the most unpredictable characters DC has to offer. That unpredictability will give him the edge over Reverse-Creeper. Peacekeeper-01 will go against Reverse-Respawn. Peacekeeper-01’s armor will learn to adapt to Reverse-Respawn’s melee and long-ranged attacks, and Peacekeeper-01 will grow stronger after each hit. Eventually, Peacekeeper-01 will grow too strong for Reverse-Respawn to handle, and PK-01 will defeat her with no problem. Black Mass will go against Reverse-Jinx. His gravity manipulation will make it harder for her to use her telekinesis and geokinesis. Black Mass’s size alteration will also make it extremely difficult for Reverse-Jinx to hit him with her pyrokinesis or aerokinesis. Finally, Black Mass will knock out Reverse-Jinx with one hit using his super strength. Jinx will go against Reverse-Peacekeeper-01. Her aerokinesis and telekinesis will be able to keep him away and defeat him without ever touching him. If that doesn’t work, she’d use her pyrokinesis to fry all the tech in Reverse-PK-01’s suit. Respawn will go against Reverse-Copperhead. Respawn’s healing factor will counteract Reverse-Copperhead’s poison, and Respawn’s mastery in martial arts and swordsmanship will allow him to easily defeat Reverse-Copperhead. Copperhead will go against Reverse-Black-Mass. Copperhead will use his transmitters to lure Reverse-Black-Mask away from him. Copperhead will then sneakily slither behind Reverse-Black-Mask and kill him with the deadly venom (he is a villain remember).
To deal with the speedsters, Jinx will use her aerokinesis to knock them over as they run. Then, Black Mass will use his gravity manipulation to pin them down. Problem solved.
The Reapers
So for dealing with Speedsters Eobard Thawne is already well-versed in the matter so he’s gotten a hell of a lot of experience in that. He’s got that figured out somewhat but leaves space for improvements. Not to mention he’s got Scarecrow and the Trickster on his side! They are master manipulators and can just throw all sorts of mindf#@$%s on the Speedsters, not to mention on any doppelgängers. Speaking of doppelgängers or power imitators, they can handle them because they know how to match their power-sets. Frost and Punk Rocket have their Ranged attacks with their ice powers and Sonic attacks, respectively. Lastly they have a hell of a capable melee fighter in the form of Selina Kyle Catwoman. Sure, Eobard Thawne could get his hands dirty but he prefers to handle things behind the scenes and manipulate things from a distance. He would rather lay things in motion and use Dr. Crane’s fear toxins and abilities to allow others to self-destruct.
VS.
Silent Scream Society

Zoom would create nanites for his alternate-self that Deadshot, using the element of surprise and distance would shoot into him from a safe distance. Alternately, if he is found out or has to deal with other speedsters, Grodd paralyzes them mentally, while Sinestro makes a trap of pure fear energy to keep any speedsters incapacitated. It’s canon that a lantern can stop a speedster from moving.

Parasite would suck all of alternate SB-P’s powers and use them against alternate Grodd and Deadshot, Parasite could also be used to drain any speedsters of their powers.

Sinestro would fight off alternate-Parasite keeping him distracted (from a safe distance) while Deadshot loads and shoots him with an overloading energy bomb/bullet that Zoom or Grodd is easily capable of making.

Grodd would use alternate-Sinestro’s own fear against him, making his constructs weak and him unfocused, making it easy for either SB-P or Zoom to speed-swipe his ring.
HellFreeze
1.Savitar goes ahead alone scouting for the enemy’s whereabouts and anything which may help him and his team beat the others using his superspeed.
2.Abra Kadabra makes illusions making everything seem normal to the other team.
3.The team sneaks close as the illusion hides them from the opponents.
4.Abra Kadabra removes the illusion revealing himself and his team to the opponents.
5.Mister Freeze uses his freeze gun to freeze the opponents in place. Biazarro helps with his freeze vision.
6.As most of them are frozen, Solomon Grundy and Bizarro start attacking the ones who are frozen using their raw strength, taking them away from the fight.
6.The ones who were able to dodge the freeze ray and the freeze vision are being chased down by Savitar and Sun Girl.
8.As soon as one of the opponents is stopped from running away, Abra Kadabra can try to cause an illusion which can make taking them out easier.
8.Once Bizarro, Mr. Freeze, and Solomon Grundy are done with the frozen villains they can rush to go and help any loose opponents still left.
VS.
United Underworld
Penguin here, I’ve gotta say the good news is, speedster is dead, Thanks to Cheetah and Zod, both got speed that the Flash didn’t see coming.
I’d say the team is off to a great start. Go For It!
Injustice (Captain’s Statements)
The Boom-Boom Gang
Harley looks around at the 6 villains standing in front of her and gulps. They are formidable foes. She points Golden Glider to Count Vertigo knowing that his primary power set is causing dizziness and Harley knows that as a figure skater she would be used to being dizzy so she screams, “TRADE ELIGIBLE, attack the dizzy guy in green”. This fight takes no time.
Next, she sees Weather Wizard and points Punchline in that direction as Weather Wizard recently returned to using his wand and since Harley had an idea that this fight would go down she had Punchline prepare something special for him that already occurred. Punchline winks at Weather Wizard and says “Your wand. Did it feel different today? It should have. I put a special sleeping toxin on it this morning. Bye Bye.”
Captain Nazi is seen next and Harley thinks he is the biggest joke of the bunch. “A NAZI in 2023? DUELA GET BUSY.” Duela adds the slapstick to take from the sting of him even appearing in this event/comic by using all her various joker like gadgets on the man that has been beat by nearly everyone ever. I mean Captain Nazi is sorta PATHETIC, so Duela doesn’t have a hard time there.
The next match is where things start to escalate. Harley takes on KILLER FROST! Harley points to various GOOGLE SEARCHES that show numerous VS videos between Harley and Killer Frost that always result in Harley winning. Is that evidence enough Harley thinks? If not, Harley says that her abilities would allow her to not get frozen by Killer and would allow for her to eventually knock her unconscious with a backhanded jab to the head.
Talia and Cheetah will be more challenging for the team, as they are power houses. The hyenas would take care of Talia with some effort and their own form of manipulation. Talia would also struggle slightly as her primary powers focus on manipulation, business, and other skill sets that make her a formidable foe. The issue, however, that Summer and Jivan are able to appear first as regular human individuals and aren’t known in the “villain community” that heavily. They start the fight looking like they are not on Harley’s team at all. In fact, Talia has Summer looking like a hostage when Summer starts turning into her Hyena version, thus knocking Talia back in shock and disbelief. She starts to shoot Summer, but little does Talia recognize that Jivan has been forming behind her as well this entire time and bites down into her shoulder right at that moment. Talia in turn faces the new foe only in enough time for Summer to attack her with her claws. Gun shots are fired and hit Summer, but she remains vigilant in attacking Talia and eventually Talia succumbs to their bites and passes out.
Cheetah remains standing. She sees what the Hyenas have done and she knows that they are similar to her, so she goes towards them. Harley screams, “THIS ONE IS GONNA TAKE ALL OF US!” Golden Glider skates on her ice towards Cheetah, but turns somewhat permeable to help avoid attack (her New 52 version was able to interact with physical matter, but be physically impermeable). She grabs Cheetah, pulling her towards the ground. Cheetah doesn’t stay thus the hyenas are tasked with holding her down temporarily. Just enough time for Duela, Punchline, and Harley to get in place. Barbara looks at the three standing around her holding various types of mallets and hammers as they say to her, “NIGHT NIGHT KITTY” and proceed to all smack her upside the head repeatedly with the heavy rubber which one makes a large squeek. Harley winks at us as Barbara goes down. Harley sets down a stick of dynamite in the middle of the fight scene and her team walks off into the sun saying, “Boom b*tches” all together. The dynamite explodes.
After this, we see Harley stop. She feels a seismic shift in the world. She turns towards us, the reader, we see tears stream down her face. She is unable to talk. She waits. Her team stand in a line next to her. Then the six villains that just battled wake up and stand next to them in a similar line. These villains know that there is a time for fighting and a time to pay respect. These 12 villains stand in this line. Harley is still unable to talk, it almost appearing that her voice has been taken away from her. The villains bow their head in a moment of silence to respect this woman. This powerhouse. Talia stares into the eyes of the audience, “Goodnight Arleen.”
VS.
The Sinister Six
The sinister six have made it onto the hit list of the Secret Society of Super Villains! Lex’s team has declared war on the Sinister six and will stop at nothing until they are dead. The group led by Talia Al Ghul and Ultra man lead an assault on Lex corp. stealing a ton of Kryptonite and a tracking device that shows them where members of the society are located. Now it’s time for the hunted to become the hunters… looking at the list, my crew decides who will take on who. Starting with Ultra man who decides to take on Captain Nazi and Black Adam. UltraMan powers up using the stolen Kryptonite. After wiping the floor with Nazi, UltraMan makes his way to Kahndaq for a challenging face off against Black Adam. As UltraMan enters the area he is immediately attacked by Adam. This fight if fierce and brutal. This fight has actually happened before in FORVER EVIL so i will be using the same strategy shown there. Right as black adam gets the upper hand, Ultra grabs him by the jaw and breaks his jaw. Black Adam, now unable to use the magic word is beat severely by Ultra man. Now Adam is left to die on the streets of Kahndaq. Meanwhile Talia Al Ghul tracks the assassin known as Deathstroke. As she watches him waiting for her moment to attack, she receives word that UltraMan had killed nazi and Adam. She also hears that Sapphire, weather wizard, and Giganta had caught Cheetah. As slade enters an old warehouse Talia Al Ghul jumps at him and tries to stab him with her sword. The two master assassins began to fight to the death. The two seem equally matched in their skills except for Talia being more agile then the older man. As the two clash their swords, the door opens and a sinister laugh fills the room. Doctor Destiny stands while holding his precious Dream stone. Slade draws a second sword and rushes towards the mad man. Suddenly Slade Wilson falls to his knees and drifts to sleep. John Dee uses his stone to manipulate Wilson’s mind and shows him his worse fears in a nightmare world. As slade lays on the floor while his mind is trapped in a hellish nightmare, Talia walks over to him and stabs him in the chest. As he lays limp, they suddenly hear a beeping noise… Slade had sent an distress signal to the remaining members of the society. The two quickly send their own signal to the other sinister six members. As sapphire, Giganta, and weather Wizard come in to help, so does the remaining members of the society! Doctor Polaris, Count Vertigo, Killer Frost, and Solomon Grundy come rushing in! Sapphire quickly makes a construct wall to shield them as they think of a battle plan. Then, suddenly comes a crashing sound as ultra man comes crashing down into the building. Now at peak power because of all of the Kryptonite, he opens his eyes to let out a violent laser beam. Instantly the room is filled with screams as the members are all sliced by the beams. In just a few seconds the group had all fallen dead, and the sinister six were victorious.
E.V.I.L.
Ultivac: “Email for you, Mr. Savage”
It sounded like Ultivac was repeating itself but it was just doing its job of monitoring Vandal Savage’s email inbox while the E.V.I.L team awaited their first battle in the End-of-the-World Cup.
Vandal Savage: “Manta, can’t you do something about that? Does it have to announce that every time I get a new email?”
Black Manta: “Yes. Until this competition is over I want to know every communication we get and you’re the one that decided it should all go through your email.”
VS: “Very well. Read email to me, Ultivac.”
U: “Mr. Savage, We’re having some trouble processing your current billing information. Please click on the link below to confirm your payment details by end of day or we will have to cancel your subscription. Thanks, your friends at Amazon”
VS: sigh “Not that one, Ultivac. Mark that as spam. Read me the latest email from FelixLeiter.”
U: “Hey man, what the hell? I hired you to kick ass, not chew bubblegum! The competition is starting and @Jurisdiction tells me you haven’t submitted a Captain’s Statement yet! What’re you waiting for? Let’s go! Also, I’m having some problem logging in to your Amazon account. Are your payment details up-to-date? Anyway, make sure you cc me on that Captains Statement submission and DON’T MISS THE DEADLINE! - FelixLeiter”
Ursa and Inertia smiled at hearing the email knowing how much it bothered Vandal to be admonished by a mortal. Manta may have been smiling as well but who can tell on account of that helmet?
VS: “Yes, I suppose it’s time to act.”
Savage turned from looking out the window of Black Manta’s underwater fortress and walked to the table where Manta, Ursa and Inertia sat. Ultivac awaited further instructions while standing passively at attention in the hangar that normally housed aquatic vehicles.
VS: “Vault, what do we know about the weaknesses of our opponents?”
Vault was providing a force field around the entire fortress and had been in the galley getting himself a snack.
Vault: “I’ll tell you what my weakness is, these pretzel bites you have, Manta. Where’d you get them?”
BM: “I made those.”
V: “You made them?”
BM: “Yeah. The secret is to use seawater to proof the dough and then…”
VS: “Can we please swap recipes later and focus on the Villains United mission?”
V: “Right. Well, we can choose to fight any six of the following - Weather Wizard, Talia al Ghul, Cheetah, Captain Nazi, Doctor Polaris, Count Vertigo, Killer Frost, Solomon Grundy, Deathstroke or Black Adam. Got a preference?”
VS: “We have tougher battles ahead of us so let’s take the path of least resistance on this one. Let’s go through the Weather Wizard, Cheetah, Doctor Polaris, Count Vertigo, Killer Frost and Solomon Grundy. Give me the weaknesses for each of them and let’s determine our course of action.”
The E.V.I.L. team spent the next few hours eating fresh pretzel bites and discussing their options. Finally, they had settled on a plan.
VS: “Ultivac, send a message to Jurisdiction via the DC Universe Infinite Community forum.”
U: “Shall I cc FelixLeiter as they requested?”
VS: sigh “Sure.”
U: “Ready to being transcription.”

The Evil Villains Instituting Lordship, aka E.V.I.L., submit the following Captains Statement in response to the Villains United challenge.

Sorry.
Continuing my message…we have chosen to go through Weather Wizard, Cheetah, Doctor Polaris, Count Vertigo, Killer Frost and Solomon Grundy. As per your instructions I will briefly explain our plan for four of them and go into detail on the remaining two.
Solomon Grundy – Vault will encapsulate him in a force field to prevent him from utilizing his immense strength and let him tire himself out trying to escape.
Cheetah – Ultivac will use it’s ability to cast illusions to make it appear that Diana Prince/Wonder Woman is standing with her back to Cheetah. When Cheetah attacks she will be entering a portal of Ultivac’s creation that sends her to Warworld.
Doctor Polaris – Ursa will use her heat vision from a safe distance to paralyze his powers and render him ineffective.
Weather Wizard – Inertia will use their incredible speed to take their wand away from them before they even know we’ve attacked, rendering him essentially as worthlessly mortal as that fool FelixLeiter.
(All of them laugh)
Strike that last bit, Ultivac. Just end it by saying he’ll be rendered useless.
That leaves us with Killer Frost and Count Vertigo. Let’s start with Killer Frost.
Ironically Killer Frost needs heat to power herself and she’s allergic to cinnamon. Ultivac will project an illusion that all of us are unconscious and stranded at sea on a broken down vessel that has suffered damage from a previous battle. When Caitlin Snow approaches to attack she will be hit by an energy coil from Vault that will immobilize her and that will be immediately followed by a blast of freezing cold air from the lungs of Ursa. Manta will then calmy approach her, pour cinnamon on her and stick a cinnamon stick in each nostril. It will then be a matter of time waiting for Caitlin to die or surrender.
Finally, Count Vertigo. Werner is a formidable foe but he cannot survive the might of E.V.I.L. when we are working together. We will trap him in a force field created by Vault and then take turns fighting him – for both sport, exercise and amusement. I will battle him first but will not defeat him. I’ll toy with him like a cat would with a mouse and then Inertia will step in. After that will be Manta with his weaponry followed by Ursa and finally, if Count Vertigo has somehow survived an assault from all of us we will send in Ultivac. Good luck making a robot dizzy and good luck dealing with its sonic shock waves and immense strength!

The E.V.I.L. team shake hands, congratulate each other and then share the latest batch of pretzel bites, fresh from the oven.
U: “Email for you, Mr. Savage”
VS: “Read email, Ultivac.”
U: “Dear Vandal, Good news! Your Rogaine order has shipped…”
VS: “STOP READING EMAIL!”

The 8th Circle
With a being as powerful as Despero, it’s only fitting to take on the powerhouse of this group, Black Adam. Despero tries to end this early and psionically compel Adam to utter his magic word, but to his surprise this man’s will is a match for his own. No matter, even with physical abilities alone Despero has proven himself powerful enough to take on the entire Justice League. Pummeling Adam with blow after blow–with alternating psychic attacks eventually breaks his will long enough for Despero to compel him–Adam meekly utters the word “Shazam”.
Parasite gets the jump on Slade who is sniping from a rooftop and drains his enhanced strength and healing factor, but Slade’s not messing around–he tries to slice Parasite’s head off with his blade to put him down for good. With his now enhanced speed however Parasite easily dodged the blow and throws Slade off the building to his death.
Military man Major Force outclasses Captain Nazi in every way. A dark matter blast to the eyes, where he is most vulnerable, melts Captain Nazi’s brain into a pile of goo.
Frost King’s elemental ice power easily overwhelms Weather Wizard’s technological power and he eventually succumbs to the devastatingly cold winds and snow that the Frost King has conjured.
Vertigo can’t focus on so many targets at once–one of Multiplex’s diploids eventually gets close enough to knock him out.
Grundy is hard to kill but Floronic Man is able to manipulate the swamp energies that have reanimated his corpse into a dormant state.
Girls Night Out
-Ravager vs Deathstroke because he’s always had a soft spot for his daughter and he won’t actually kill her or incapacitate her too hard.
-Poison Ivy vs Cheetah, Ivy wouldn’t let her get close with her vines and cheetah doesn’t have any change in ranged fighting
-Livewire vs Doctor Polaris : electromagnetism creates lightning, therefore whenever he tries to use his powers, Livewire can just turn them against him. What is he supposed to do, try and punch her? Get recked Neal
-Silver Banshee can take down Count Vertigo with one scream. If hit with high enough frequencies, his implant that gives him his power is rendered completely useless and he is in terrible pain. Easy win for Siobhan.
-Silver swan’s nanotechnology created claws are strong enough to cut through wonder woman’s skin. They can certainly cut through a super soldiers skin like captain nazi’s. She has superhuman strength and durability like he does, but she can cut through his skin, unlike him so she can beat him. I also think nazis will and always should lose. ¯_(ツ)_/¯
-While Solomon Grundy is extremely resistant, he also isn’t strong enough to break through an emotional construct. Although I do believe Fatality is powerful enough to hurt him with her powers, she could still control him if she wasn’t : putting him in a “time out” construct bubble. Picture it, he’s just in a sphere and he’s throwing a tantrum to get out. Cue laugh track now.
VS.
The Monsters
Weather Wizard, Talia Al Ghul, and Deathstroke all use metal weapons, and Captain Nazi, Dr Polaris, Count Vertigo, and Deathstroke all have metal in their suits, so Zebra-Man will repel all of the metals, as Eclipso uses his energy blasts to take out all of the repelled villains.
That leaves Killer Frost, Solomon Grundy, Black Adam and Cheetah. Mr Mind will control Grundy into attacking Black Adam, which will buy Black Hand enough time to drain Adam’s life force. By the time Black Adam is taken care of, Eclipso is now back, and possesses Killer Frost and Cheetah. At this time, Mister Mind stops controlling Grundy, so Killer Frost and Cheetah (possessed by Eclipso) attack Grundy, Killer Frost freezing him, and Cheetah taking him out. After Eclipso stops possessing Cheetah, and Killer Frost, Clayface, Black Hand and Eclipso will be easily able to overpower them.
If a speedster appears, Mr Mind will be able to use his telepathy to see the speedster coming, and Black Hand will be notified by Mr Mind to drain the speedster’s life force.
Evil Elite
Bane Takes on Grundy and pumps up the Venom until he breaks Grundy (maybe pulling off an arm or leg)
Brainwave takes down Doctor Polaris by using his mind control to make him sleep (perhaps forcing him to deflect Deathstroke’s bullets first).
Gentleman Ghost takes on Deathstroke. Since Jim can be intangible, Slade won’t be able to hit him and will get more and more frustrated until Jim can take him down.
Mirror Master takes on Weather Wizard. Mirror master can use reflective surfaces to attack from many different angles and can redirect lightning to help his teammates.
Faust takes on Killer Frost. Felix summons Hellfire to trap and depower Frost.
Chronos takes on Cheetah. Chronos keeps time-skipping back and forth to avoid attacks and end up where Cheetah will be to get a sneak attack in. Also, Chronos can step back a few minutes to warn his teammates what their opponents are about to do.
VS.
Main Man Mafia
The Main Man Mafia, led by Lobo, are a group of free-spirited villains who don’t wish to be controlled by Luthor’s Secret Society and come together whenever one member needs help. Luckily, Main Man Mafia member Dr. Psycho is a part of Luthor’s inner circle and is working from the inside against them at their headquarters.
Before the battle can even start. Dr. Psycho has already warned his teammates telepathically of the coming ambush. Dr. Psycho has also cut off the Secret Society’s communications by entering a virus designed by The Riddler into The Calculator’s computer. Calculator will eventually be able to solve the hundreds of riddles to get rid of the virus, but not before the fight is over.
The Riddler, in control of their communications, will have the attacking squad split up, stating that they need to divide and conquer. Dr. Psycho helps out with this as well, using astral projection to lure away Solomon Grundy and have him walk near a body of water where Ocean Master is waiting to easily drown him. Kite-Man is additionally flying through the air, calling out to his teammates the locations of the enemies while hiding in the clouds.
Ocean Master then calls upon a giant kraken, that Bloodsport climbs on top off in order to use a sniper. For Bloodsport it’s easy to pick off the divided Society force using Kite-Man’s info, shooting down and scaring away from a distance Weather Wizard, Cheetah, Talia al Ghul, Count Vertigo and Killer Frost.
Lobo then leads a charge against the stronger enemies, choosing first to run over Captain Nazi with his bike. Captain Nazi is then wrapped around Lobo’s chain and is later tossed into the vacuum of space.
With only a few, very strong enemies left, Kite-Man, using a new and improved glider kite made out of Atlantean tech given to him by Ocean Master, drops Altantean bombs onto Doctor Polaris. He would have stopped the bombs but they are not made of traditional metal.
Bloodsport will begin focusing his shots solely on Deathstroke, who will survive, but is pinned down by gunfire. This only leaves Black Adam, which Lobo and Ocean Master are more than happy to take on together.
Lobo “You guys are the biggest bastiches I’ve ever met. Drinks are on me!”

Synopsis
The Justice League reluctantly teams up with the Secret Society to repel Darkseid’s full-scale invasion of Earth. As the League and Secret Society members battle the Apokolips fleet across the planet, Superman, Batman, and Lex Luthor take on Darkseid.

Synopsis
The Justice League is DEAD! And the villains shall inherit the earth! In a flash of light, the world’s most powerful heroes vanish as the Crime Syndicate arrives from Earth-3! Doom (Captain’s Statements)
The TRADE ELIGIBLES
There came a day when threats to the world emerged that normal humans could not face. Luckily heroes emerged with extraordinary powers to face those challenges. As things escalated threats that no hero alone could face began to emerge and thus some of those heroes banded together to form the Justice League. Now the threat to the world is so great that not even the JL alone can face it. They must join forces with their enemies to save the world. The JL needs the help of the TRADE ELIGIBLES, the most powerful force for evil on Earth. The TRADE ELIGIBLES agree to help as they cannot conquer the Earth, if the Earth no longer exists.
Bloodwork and Starro work with Martian Manhunter to stop the Parademons attacking the Earth on Darkseid’s behalf. Starro and Bloodwork each using their abilities to infect them with Martian Manhunter using his powers to augment and unify their control of the Parademons and directing them back at Darkseid.
Doctor Chaos and Kilg%re work with Cyborg to create an anti-boom tube field to surround the Earth. Kilg%re uses his ability to control tech, to merge with Cyborg and using his mother box tech to create the device and Doctor Chaos uses his powers to magnify the signal into a field covering the entire planet, leaving Darkseid no way to send through new troops.
With the ground troops being taken care of, Cyborg Superman and Sabaac team up with Orion and Maxima to attack the elite of Apokalips, taking down DeSaad, Kanto, Steppenwolf, and the Female Furies. They use their great power and speed to literally rip apart the forces of Apokalips before they can barely register what is happening. Cyborg Superman uses his Kryptonian speed and strength to decimate them, Sabaac also uses similar tactics to brutally slaughter his opponents. Orion’s hatred of his father Darkseid along with his familiarity of their foes and Maxima’s warrior spirit help make the fight a much shorter one.
With the army of Apokolips stopped, the TRADE ELIGIBLES follow Superman, Batman, and Wonder Woman to Apokalips to face Darkseid. The trinity are horrified as they see the TRADE ELIGIBLES attack Darkseid. While Darkseid starts to boast about how he will be victorious, he does not notice that Cyborg Superman has used superspeed to get behind him. Darkseid finishes his boast as his eyes glow with omega energy. “Darkseid IS!” he proclaims. To which Cyborg Superman responds. “No. Darkseid WAS!” as he thrusts his arm through Darkseid’s back and punches through his chest, with Darkseid’s heart held in his clenched fist.
Darkseid falls and gasps his last breath.
Seeing the horror unfold before them, the trinity quickly head back to Earth and close the Boom Tube behind them, trapping the TRADE ELIGIBLES on Apokalips. The heroes know that it is inevitable the villains will return, and when they do, they will face a threat far greater than Darkseid.

Crisis Commanders
OPERATION: BURIED HATCHET
Though he was a last minute addition to the team, everyone should have seen it coming that Libra would assume a leadership position of the Crisis Commanders. So it was incumbent on Libra to set the tone for their team-up with the world’s heroes against Darkseid’s forces. Libra did that by arranging a team-up with the one hero who might be least likely to work with him: the Justice Leaguer he once killed, Martian Manhunter. J’onn read Libra’s intentions to know a double-cross was not on the menu today, and their alliance would allow the rest of the hero community an easier conscience in working alongside the rest of the Commanders.
As a hero himself, Captain Comet had no problem joining the front lines of the League’s heavy hitters, side by side with the likes of Superman and Orion against the brute force of heavies like Kalibak and the Female Furies.
Against the Parademons, Mirror Master was put to work with the Green Lanterns. By using his mirrors to refract their light, the Justice League’s lantern contingency’s potency was multiplied exponentially against the Fourth World invaders.
Like all gods, Darkseid’s power is derived from the worship of his subjects – which, in his case, comes in the form of their despair. By partnering with Raven in her capacity as an Empath, Psycho-Pirate traveled to Apokolips to discover the greatest sources of Darkseid’s emotional reservoirs, and used his Medusa Mask to evoke a different reaction. Where once there was despair, there is now only Joy, and Darkseid is weaker for it.
But who could be strong enough to take on Darkseid himself? In “Destroyer,” it’s not just Darkseid they have to worry about, after all, but a fusion of Darkseid and an ascendant Brainiac into a new, even more powerful entity. One must account for both villains to truly win the day. To this end, Doctor Sivana and his former Oolong Island colleague Will Magnus get to work on synthesizing the future Brainiac 8.0 technology of Indigo and the embedded Fourth World tech of Cyborg.
With Libra and Martian Manhunter inspiring heroes and villains to work together, Captain Comet holding the front line with the heavyweight heroes, Mirror Master managing the aerial assault with the Green Lanterns, Cyborg’s Mother Box linked to an 8th degree manifestation of Brainiac’s own tech, Psycho-Pirate and Raven draining his power reservoirs, the only thing Darkseid Is… is toast.
Seven’s Syndicate
Flash and Captain Cold: Yes, they’re enemies, but that just means they know what the other is capable of. They may not be best friends, but they respect each other. Flash can distract the bad guys, while Cold can freeze them.
Lady Shiva and Hawkgirl: Two epic women fighting side by side, and while I’m not sure if they’ve ever interacted before, I believe they would make a great duo. They are both warriors in their own right, and together they will make easy work of their foes.
Black Adam and Wonder Woman: Black Adam and Wonder Woman are both big powerhouses. They can defeat combatants on their own very well, but together they stand an even better chance.
Owlman and the Question: While neither may have any cool, flashy superpowers, what they do have, however, is their smarts. Both are exceptionally smart and cunning. The duo can devise a plan of action not just for themselves but for the other teams as well. They can deduce the best way to defeat their adversaries while also picking each other’s brains.
VS.
Juri’s Jailhouse
Vibe and Creeper would team up. Creeper’s pain-inducing laugh would be effective enough, but Vibe’s ability to manipulate sounds and vibrations could make the laugh RIDICULOUSLY louder! That mix could most likely take an entire wave down without breaking a sweat! Additionally, they each have their own individual strengths too, such as Vibe’s energy projection, or Creeper’s enhanced strength, speed, and healing.
Green Arrow (Connor Hawke) and Respawn would also team up. Both of them are EXTREMELY advanced fighters, with Connor Hawke actually being considered one of the best fighters in the world, and Respawn being trained by the League of Lazarus, Deathstroke, and, in some ways, Damian Wayne and Talia al Ghul. Connor and Respawn have also both fought against and alongside one another during the Lazarus Tournament, so they know each other’s strengths and weaknesses quite well. They’d work together flawlessly.
The Flash (Barry Allen) and Peacekeeper-01 would team up, too. Barry would use his super speed to punch PK-01 over and over and over, effectively making PK-01 infinitely stronger than anything. At that point, PK-01 would rampage through entire troops of Darkseid’s army with a strength that cannot possibly be matched.
Plastic Man and Copperhead would also team up. Plastic Man would take Copperhead by the legs, spin himself over and over and over again, Then, he’d watch as Copperhead scratches all of Darkseid’s forces, using his venomous claws, effectively killing the whole army.
Jinx and Crimson Fox (Constance D’Aramis) would team up, too. Jinx would use her aerokinesis to send Constance’s pheromones to any and all of their enemies, jeopardizing the emotional stability of Darkseid’s troops. This would make the enemies’ actions both sloppier and more predictable, causing Jinx and Crimson Fox to easily take them down.
Black Mass and Deadman (Boston Brand) would be the final team-up. Since Black Mass suffers from a significantly reduced intellectual capacity, Boston would possess him and utilize his powers. Deadman would use Black Mass to significantly increase the force of gravity in their enemies’ vicinity, effectively crushing parademons with the air itself, just like bugs under a boot.
The Reapers
Eobard Thawne departs into the Timeline to do some observing and tells Frost to let Scarecrow have his fun. Dr. Crane takes this missive with wild abandon and recruits the Trickster, seeing something in his fearless nature, and Punk Rocket. What does he do? Why he uses his downright ownership of the Psychological field and his toxins to systematically and quite thoroughly break down his foes resolve, drive, and self-confidence with the Trickster pulling off small tricks and minor sleights and Punk Rocket just annoying them with his playing and him using their own minor and worst fears and insecurities against them. He quite literally gaslit and metaphorically gatekept his foes into being insecure neurotic little b!%(#es who can’t even get out of bed. “Hugo, Sinestro… Checkmate!” He says triumphantly.

United Underworld
Penguin here, I never thought I’d see the day where we team up with our enemies to fight Darkseid! I’m sending out Icicle & Cheetah to help the other team against Darkseid. Together we can win, If Darkseid want to defeat us, then I’d say, GO FOR IT!
Silent Scream Society

Superboy-Prime and Apollo: Both major powerhouses SB-P and Apollo would lead the fray as the team’s heavy hitters. Besides easily taking down parademons the two would lead the fight against Darkseid himself. While Darkseid may be able to injure either one, they can help heal each other. Apollo can use his solar powers to give SB-P the boost he needs to heal up and go ultimate. As Apollo is also essentially made of solar energy, SB-P’s heat vision or extra-stored solar charge can recharge Apollo if need be. But let’s be real, these two got it made in the shade, or should I say sun?

Deadshot and Zatanna: A seemingly random matchup proves to be invaluable to the fight with the combined forces of master marksman Deadshot and magician extraordinaire Zatanna. Deadshot would operate as usual from afar, taking down ships and weapons with magically enhanced bullets, credit Z, that seek out Apokalyptian signatures, follow his expert commands, and return and replenish when needed, so he never runs out. Zatanna would be in the field fighting, using her magical prowess to take down parademons while Deadshot watches her back from afar. Additionally, because Deadshot is admittedly only human, he is quite vulnerable if and when found out, so Z put a protective spell to give him extra time to escape.

Sinestro and Etrigan: As Etrigan essentially doesn’t feel fear, he won’t be hindered in any way by the yellow lantern power, thus making their team-up even smoother. These two will be the absolute chaos causers, parademon wreckers, and Darkseid’s general fighters.

Zoom and Booster Gold: Back-up in case the Darkseid wins and the timeline needs to be reset, the combination of expertise, tech, and speedforce leaves the team unable to lose. These two also work to keep civilians safe, using speed and time freezes and such. Booster double-checked to make sure no cops were harmed in the making of this team-up.

Parasite and Swamp Thing: Both take energy from those around them, whether it be the Green or other beings, and a mutual understanding is formed. Parasite and Swamp Thing work well together to obliterate any more parademons, both only growing stronger as the fight goes on. Also, as Swamp Thing regenerates incredibly well and Parasite only gets stronger from direct contact and energy forms (such as Apokalyptian weapons), these two take the hits for the team, making sure the others get where they need to.

Injustice (Captain’s Statements)
The Boom-Boom Gang
Harley does another gulp and realizes that she may be over her head in some of these tournament brackets, but she will press forward she thinks. She has a great team full of some chaotic divas (I mean Jivan is the only male, so DIVA it is). She dons her original classic Harley costume to lean into the more chaotic side. She dresses Duela in her classic Harlequin type look and says, “Let’s get down to business kicking some Justice League… I mean “CRIME SYNDICATE” butt.” She stands in front of the three chosen villains that were randomly selected by some higher being outside of Harley: Power Ring, Johnny Quick, and Atomica.
Atomica is the first one. She has manipulated the Justice League at one point to believe that she was a good guy, while still being an active member of the Crime Syndicate. She is a master manipulator, so the Boom-Boom gang will have to be careful. Also she is a size manipulator, so this is all being taken in consideration. Harley goes online to read to make sure there isn’t anything else about Atomica that she needs to know, she reads on the DC Database that Atomica has had her size manipulation powers used against her before, multiple times. Harley rings her hands maniacally. Harley laces up her black boots and heads out. Atomica stands in front of her. Atomica doing the typical villain thing that Harley herself has done from time to time tells Harley she is going to get her by burrowing into her brain or something. Harley has barely been listening, but quickly states to Atomica, “I can’t hear you, can you come just a tiny bit closer.” Atomica does so and continues to monologue. Harley continues to listen, but then sucker punches Atomica. Atomica instantly changes her size due to her villain monologue, but Harley had asked her to step forward for a reason. She pounces instantly, covering Atomica with a glass jar that she had behind her back. She screws on a lid tighly, the catch it doesn’t have holes for her to breathe. Atomica quickly passes out. Harley proceeds to shake it incessantly to cause harm to the passed out size queen.
Power Ring will be a different story, but still manageable as this is during the “Forever Evil” storyline. This saw Power Ring having issues because of the ring of Volthoom. This ring was causing him to have bodily damage and was feeding on his fear. Also it is indicated that when he is knocked unconscious that it severs the ties. For this reason, Duela Dent will play with her joker weapons. Using a classic almost Harley like device of a huge mallet, but the catch is that it pops out a punching glove that confuses our dear Power Ring. This causes Power Ring to fall back, but not to be knocked out. During this time Punchline will jump on his back and force a bag over his head. She will try to keep it there, as she is truly psychotic and not as chaos driven as the others. Harley will wait until Power Ring is unconscious and the powers seem to have completely dissipated before using a similar device as Duela to knock her own teammate unconscious, “We ain’t killing this one. The ring causes the weak-will to have some issues or so I reads.” Harley knows that when Punchline awakens that this may cause her to have some issues with the team, but sometimes the end justifies the means. She will cross that bridge with Punchline at a later time.
Harley leaves Johnny Quick for last. Johnny is already upset at the utter humiliation and destruction of his girlfriend, Atomica. We all know by now that Harley is good at “THE GOOGLE” so she sees that Johnny is connected to the speed force. This makes Harley very very happy and she begins to laugh maniacally in the way that only Harley can do. “I know that during Forever Evil, ya were largely passed out girl or in how do they call it, a comatostic state of existence girlfriend, but you did snap out of it eventually. You did that whole astral thing where you are all sparkly goo with the out of body stuff that saved the day, but I need ya to use a diff power k?” Golden Glider (formerly Trade Eligible) nods approvingly knowing exactly where one Harley Quinn is going with her thought process. Golden starts doing a ribbon dancer type dance because hello she is a figure skater and a ribbon dancer it appears. She uses her powers of teleportation and superhuman speed to become close enough to Johnny to touch him with her ribbon tendrils. This takes SEVERAL minutes because Johnny ain’t no punk, but she is eventually able to get her hands on him. This negates his connection to the speed force. The team knows that this will only be temporary in nature, so she whistles to have the Hyenas in human form to tie him up and stays close by so that if he comes to before they are ready that she can try to negate his speed force connection again. This renders these three members of the CRIME SYNDICATE useless.
Another character suddenly sweeps down out of NO WHERE, ummm did you think THIS fight was over? NOPE, Bizzaro (Subject-B0) appears to take on MAZAHS. This is an epic battle. One for the AGES. One not to be missed! Harley sneezes and looks back up to see Mazahs on the ground. Opps, She realizes she missed it. Them the breaks kids. BOOM B*TCHES!!!

E.V.I.L.
LOCATION: Black Manta’s Underwater Fortress
TIME: Now
Five members of the Evil Villains Instituting Lordship (E.V.I.L.) are in various levels of recovery from the raucous celebration they had following their Chapter 1 victory. Vandal Savage, Inertia and Ursa seem fine and normal while Vault looks peaked. Black Manta…who knows how he looks under that mask of his.
The remaining member of E.V.I.L., Ultivac, is sitting idly by waiting for instructions. A timer goes off on Savage’s watch and he clicks it off before rising from his chair.
Inertia: “Time to take a pill, old man?”
Vandal Savage: “I don’t take pills. Just because I’ve been alive for thousands of years doesn’t mean I’m old.”
Ursa: “Then what was that timer for?”
VS: “It’s time for Chapter 2 to begin.”
Ursa licks her lips and rises from her chair to join Savage as he looks at a screen with information about the latest challenge.
Ursa: “Who do we get to kill this time?”
VS: “Once again we have our pick - we have to defeat three of these villains. See anything you like?”
Ursa examines the list of potential opponents:
“Owlman, Superwoman, Ultraman, Atomica, Power Ring, Deathstorm, Grid or Johnny Quick”
Ursa: “These look like poor versions of us. This should be easy!”
Black Manta: “Don’t underestimate them. They are the greatest powers of their universe and will be formidable. We need to be smart about this.”
VS: “Manta is correct. I think we should pair up on this one and take them down one at a time. If any of us survive the battle we can join the others in their battle.”
Inertia: “You can’t really think these guys are a threat? We’re E.V.I.L. - there is no threat to us!”
VS: “Your youthful cockiness just volunteered you to be part of the first team. You’ll take on Johnny Quick. Think you can handle that, kid?”
Inertia: “I’ll be back before you miss me, old man!”
VS: “Before you go and get yourself killed let’s have Vault establish a weakness and decide who will join you.”
Vault lifts his head upon hearing his name. His face is a pale green and he looks like he’s in no position to talk, much less fight.
VS: “Well that’s just great. Ok - take Ultivac with you. I’ll send a fight plan to Ultivac from here so follow his lead. While you’re gone we’ll pour some coffee into Vault and get him into a cold shower. Don’t get yourselves killed and don’t take this guy too lightly!”
Inertia: “Save a cup of coffee for me - we’ll be right back. Let’s go, rust bucket!”
INERTIA/ULTIVAC vs. JOHNNY QUICK
No sooner do they find Johnny Quick than Inertia engages him in battle. But fighting another speedster, and one that is experienced in combat, is more than the youngster bargained for. Quick is not intimidated and Inertia soon realizes he’s in trouble. Quick uses Inertia’s aggression against him by counter-punching and then, when Inertia pauses ever so briefly to collect himself, he delivers the fatal blow. Inertia is dead.
Quick now turns his attention to Ultivac, smiles an evil grin and charges directly at him. As he goes to deliver a punch to the robot Quick hits nothing but air. The robot was casting an illusion of himself and behind the illusion was a portal of Ultivac’s creation. Quick’s momentum takes him into the portal which leads him to Ultivac’s actual location and before the speedster can get his bearings the robot uses his immense strength to pummel Quick repeatedly. Now dazed, Quick is the one that pauses to collect himself but it’s too late - Ultivac has fired a sonic shock wave at him from point break range shattering every single bone in Quick’s body, including his skull. Johnny Quick is dead.
Back at Manta’s fortress the four E.V.I.L. members that stayed behind see Ultivac return and are told that Inertia and Johnny Quick are dead.
VS: “Well, more coffee for us. Well done, Ultivac. Vault, are you back among the living?”
Vault comes in drying his hair from the cold shower he had just taken and sits down at the table to have another cup of coffee and some fresh pretzel bites.
Vault: “Yeah, I’m good. What’s next?”
VS: “You’re not ready to fight yet but tell us what you can about Owlman.”
Vault: “He’s basically Batman from Earth-3.”
VS: “Well no ####, Sherlock. I mean what can you tell us about his weaknesses?”
Vault: “Oh! Well, he’s mortal and relies entirely on gadgets, his fighting ability and his will.”
VS: “Maybe I should go and let this Owl know who is in charge.”
None of them laugh.
VS: “Nothing? Well, look who I’m talking to. A robot, a Kryptonian, a drunk and a guy who I’d bet anything is laughing but hiding it under his mask.”
Manta takes off his mask to reveal he is not laughing nor smiling.
VS: “Well, anyway…I’m going. Manta, you’re with me. We’ll discuss our plan en route. Ursa, you and Vault can watch via Ultivac’s long-range monitors.”
VANDAL SAVAGE/BLACK MANTA vs. OWLMAN
Manta is first to take on Owlman and the two fight a fierce battle. Manta uses every weapon in his arsenal and every combat technique he knows but they’re not enough. Owlman counters everything and is simply too good. Unlike Batman, though, Owlman has no problems killing an opponent and he finishes the fight by ripping Manta’s mask off of him to expose his head and then killing the aquatic villain.
Savage applauds from a short distance away.
VS: “Impressive, Owlman. Too bad you’ve got nothing left for the main event.”
Owlman: “I’ve got plenty left for you, old man.”
VS: “The last person that called me that is dead” (Savage leaves out the part about him not having anything to do with Inertia’s death) “…and you’ll soon join him.”
Savage takes off his coat and gets into a fighting stance. Owlman used most of his weapons in the fight against Manta but is confident in his fighting abilities so he obliges Savage and the two prepare to fight. Owlman is a skilled combatant but Savage is his match and smiles throughout. After a few minutes Savage pushes Owlman back and says,
VS: “Time to up the ante, a bit. Let’s see if you know these moves.”
Savage begins to fight using Dhritishastra, a form of combat he invented. Owlman does everything he can to fight back but it is no use. Savage wears him down and gets him to the brink of death. Before delivering the final blow Savage leans in and tells Owlman,
VS: “When you see Inertia, tell him his coffee was delicious.”
Savage delivers the fatal blow and returns to the fortress.
Ursa and Vault watched the whole thing so they are not surprised when they see Savage return alone.
VS: “Ok, who’s next?”
Ursa: “I want to fight this one.”
She points to Superwoman and Savage nods his agreement.
VS: “Let’s all go!”
VANDAL SAVAGE/ULTIVAC/URSA/VAULT vs. SUPERWOMAN
With a Kryptonian, a robot with superhuman strength, an immortal with superhuman strength and a villain with the ability to erect immense force fields the quadrant of E.V.I.L. toy with Super-Woman long enough that onlookers begin to feel sorry for the villainous queen. Eventually even the members of E.V.I.L. grow tired of embarrassing her and Ursa rips her completely in half from top to bottom. Blood splatters onto her clothes leaving them a dark red. Savage wipes some of the blood off to create the Coat of Arms for the House of El and laughs. Ursa punches him with all her might, sending him flying back into a wall that shatters around him. He emerges, looks at Ursa, the two share a smile and the four fly back to their fortress
The Sinister Six
Forever evil! Chaos comes to the world shortly after the six defeated the society. The crime syndicate has “killed” Earth’s heroes and are ready for a takeover. The sinister six have gone into hiding after UltraMan was kidnapped by the crime syndicate for leaving their team to join the six. Talia Al Ghul teams up with Lex Luthor to think of a way to stop the syndicate while the others gather information about the syndicate. Lex plans on unleashing Bizarro on them, but his plans fall apart when Lex Corp. is overrun by lesser syndicate members and Luthor is killed. Bizarro was also almost killed, but Talia snuck in and saved him. Talia, now in the company of Bizarro, summons all six members to the old Legion of Doom headquarters. Talia shows her team Bizarro and explains to them the plan to defeat the evil Justice League counterparts. Looking at all the information they have on the group, the six decide to silently take down members instead of rushing straight into their base. Weather wizard travels to the flash museum, where he sees Johnny Quick and Atomica breaking stuff. As he watches them, he notices a sound coming from behind him. He looks back to see the Rogues standing behind him. Very quietly, they start to talk to each other.
Cold: Weather wizard? What are you doing here?
Weather wizard: I’m taking down the knockoff flash down there!
Heat wave: all by yourself? Good luck with that.
Weather wizard is happy to see his old friends. But he isn’t happy about the possibility of them helping with his mission. This was his first solo assignment that Talia had given him, and he wanted to prove himself to be on the same level as his teammates. As Wizard tries to explain to the rogues that he could do this by himself, Johnny hears them. As the group continues arguing about who will kill Johnny, he appears behind cold and delivers a strong punch to him. As cold falls, the other rogues begin to panic. Johnny runs around them. The group has experience fighting speedsters, but Johnny was different. Mirror Master was next to fall, as Johnny had jumped down and grabbed him. Wizard, heatwave, and trickster cower together in a corner as the flashing lights of a speedster fill the room. As Johnny continues to laugh at them, wizard stands up, and creates a tornado, and catches the speedster. He tries to zoom off again but is struck down by lighting. Weather wizard walks over to him, with the other rogues not far behind. The evil flash counterpart lay on the ground as WW grabbed Cold’s freeze ray and freezes his legs. Now unable to run, Johnny cries for help. His head is frozen solid next. As the men stand victorious and cheer, Atomica jumps down and kicks Trickster. They had all forgotten about Atomica. She shrinks down and tries to jump over her next victim, but is squashed midair by heatwave. The atom counterpart had landed on the floor to be stepped on by weather wizard. He reported back to his team, telling them that Johnny and Atomica were taken out and that he had a little bit of help from the rogues, but stressed that he did most of the work himself.
Next up! Power ring and death-storm roamed the old hall of justice. Above them stood Star Sapphire and Doctor Destiny. The two silently snuck into the hall, and followed them from afar. Power ring was the first to notice them as he saw John Dee in the shadows. He walked over to him fearfully. As he turned the corner, Dee jumped at him, laughing like a madman. Power ring cries out in fear! Sapphire comes behind him and wraps him up. Dee tries to put him to sleep before death storm hears and calls others for backup. Finally, power ring falls asleep and gets caught in a nightmare world. Sapphire flies over to the main meeting room, where death storm communicates with Grid on the main computer. She watches him, waiting for the right moment. As he steps up for a second, he is attacked by a bright pink laser beam. The two begin battling. Sapphire dodges his fire and is able to construct a giant sword! He is stabbed with this but is still alive. He rushes over to the computer in an attempt to call for help! Sapphire quickly sends out a construct of a hammer to destroy the computer. Death Storm is then crushed by a lantern construct that falls on top of him. It doesn’t take long for the others to notice the missing members. But hopefully this war won’t last much longer as Talia Al Ghul and Bizarro sneak inside the watchtower to find UltraMan and hopefully kill Owl Man. Giganta had been used as a distraction for Super Woman, leaving Owl Man all alone. He stands in the main hall, watching over the planets and the stars outside the window. Talia and bizarro walk around until they find the cell of UltraMan. As they step closer to the door, they see him tied up in outer space facing the sun. As he lays tied up in space, the sun’s rays slowly make him weaker. Bizarro opens the door and flies out into space to rescue him. Meanwhile, Talia rushes OwlMan with a sword! OwlMan is quick to dodge her attack. Drawing his own weapon, the two begin fighting. Talia notes during the fight how much weaker he is in comparison to Batman. This makes OwlMan angry! He grabs a gun and begins trying to shoot her. She dodges his fire and swings her sword towards him. Slicing him in the arm, he yells out. Suddenly, an alert comes up saying that a prisoner has escaped. Then comes bizarro and a weakened UltraMan! Biz fires a laser beam at OwlMan! OwlMan is hit on the head, his helmet falling to the ground. Trying to recover from the attack,he is killed by Talia, who had sliced him with her sword while he was distracted. OwlMan falls to the ground, dead. The sinister six were once again the winners. Soon after, the Justice League returned safely from Earth 3 to take back their world. The six had sent bizarro off to Superman so the man of steel could deal with him.

The 8th Circle
We open on Happy Harbor, next to a fallen Watchtower. The 8th Circle is seeking the Crime Syndicate to punish them for their crimes against their Earth. If any evil group is going to subjugate the planet it’s not going to be some Justice League ripoff. Just then they spot their targets and make their moves…
Ultraman:
Once again Despero calls out who he perceives is the biggest threat of the group, Ultraman! After each earth-shaking blow each one of them seems evenly matched with no sign of tiring out. While distracted from the battle, Despero probes Ultraman’s mind to learn of his weakness to sunlight, and dependency on kryptonite. If he can exhaust him a little longer, a victory may be in sight. Despero feels Ultraman’s resolve fade–at the right moment Despero lands an epic punch to the gut of Ultraman and grabs him in a bear hug and uses his telekinesis to levitate them both out of the atmosphere into the direct sunlight! Now sufficiently weakened and disoriented, Despero hurls Ultraman towards the sun with no chance of recovering enough strength to change his trajectory.
Johnny Quick:
A classic matchup of speed versus cold! While the Crime Syndicate is largely unmatched in their world, Johnny Quick doesn’t have the experience that the Earth 1 speedsters have when dealing with cold-powered enemies. Having dealt with the Justice League and Teen Titans after Endless Winter, Frost King pulls out an old trick of Captain Cold’s. He feigns confusion and uncertainty while JQ is speeding around the battlefield, while also using the cold to slow down the molecules around him, neutralizing any speed advantage. As JQ comes around for a knockout speed punch he is stopped in his tracks mere inches from FK in his “cold field”, where he grabs Johnny by the throat and freezes it shut.
Superwoman:
Parasite goads SW into battle. With his standard strength and durability he is barely able to avoid being smashed into a pulp. Eventually he is able to avoid her long enough and close the distance between them to where Superwoman goes for the ace up her sleeve, the Lasso of Submission! Parasite’s powers are unbeknownst to her, but not to him! Rudy saps Superwoman’s powers through the magic lasso and binds her to keep as a prisoner. But wait! She slips free while his back is turned and tries to make a run for it! Just then a cement truck falls from the sky and crushes her like a pancake with Bizarro looking down from above.
Bizarro: “Bizarro not like mean rope lady.”

Girls Night Out
After easily defeating members of the society, the ladies have decided to celebrate with some bonding time! A team that kills together should chill together. Rose heard about some divine milkshakes at a local bowling alley and everyone’s excited to go. They all don their glitteriest outfits and head out.
Girls night out bowling sesh gets VERY RUDELY interrupted by some bad guys from the so-called “Injustice Society” 
. Now the ladies are pissed off and we’ll never know who was gonna win!! (it was gonna be Ivy, using vines to roll the ball to a strike, but she “wasn’t cheating”. Fatality suggests power dampeners for their next skill based activity)
Grid Is like Pinocchio, he just wants to be a real boy. His main motivation is to have emotions, which he doesn’t have as a machine, and the reason he joined the crime syndicate - Which is why he’s gonna fight Fatality as a slap in the face! Take that Grid, get defeated by the power of love!!! Also, Livewire is gonna help short circuit his body, but we’re trying to do emotional damage on top of physical one. <3 We WERE having a nice day before YOU showed up, dude.
It pains me to say this but Superwoman is NOT a girl’s girl. We invited her and she brought over some boys to crash the party! Maybe she just has bowling related trauma or something. Whatever. We’re gonna send The Silvers against her. SW’s nanite claws are strong enough to cut through Amazonian skin and we’ll just throw in SB in the fight to cause a distraction as one of the team’s flyers. They also tell her she’s uninvited to next week’s evil gals gaming get together.
Also, Owlman is just some dude! Poison Ivy’s fought Batman numerous times so she has experience fighting a rich dude in a flying nocturnal animal fursuit, and Rose would help but she’s finishing up her milkshake. She’ll step in if she foresees it with her precognition but damn can this bowling alley employee make a great shake. Just the RIGHT amount of vanilla extract to bring a perfect flavour balance. And it has a twisty straw! She’ll be sure to tip well. She might be a villain but she’s not a bad person. She hits the 25% button and walks out with the rest of the team, all victorious from their workouts.

Main Man Mafia
The Main Man Mafia once again doesn’t want to take orders from Luthor and decides to take on the Crime Syndicate all by themselves.
As our unlikely heroes confront the Crime Syndicate at their base of operations late at night, Owlman is suspiciously absent. That’s because The Riddler has trapped him inside a virtual reality world! (As seen in BTAS, episode 45). Owlman, intrigued by being sent a package by The Riddler and wanting a challenge, put on the reality headset Nigma sent him.
Owlman though underestimated Nigma and can’t seem to solve any of the riddles in the virtual reality world, trapping him. Owlman, coming from Earth 3, just doesn’t understand the questions Riddler is asking and is totally confused.
As the Main Man Mafia makes their approach, Lobo charges directly at Ultraman. This is a violent, bloody battle as neither man holds back. Dr. Psycho enters the minds of the Crime Syndicate and realizes that Earth’s sun actually harms Ultraman. Dr. Psycho relays this info telepathically to Lobo, who then chains Ultraman to his bike. All it takes is a quick lap around the sun and Ultraman is toast. Lobo is able to heal the burns he receives, but he is taken out of the fight.
Next, Dr. Psycho targets Power Ring, who couldn’t be an easier opponent for our mind manipulator. Dr. Psycho makes the unhinged Power Ring feel safe, making him imagine that he is back home on Earth 3, with his body no longer disfigured due to the ring’s power. With Power Ring not longer feeling afraid, he is rendered powerless.
As Ocean Master occupies Superwoman, Kite-Man and Bloodsport arrive with a special package, Subject-B0! who they broke out of containment. With Owlman, Ultraman and Power Ring taken off the board, Superwoman orders the rest of the Crime Syndicate to retreat to Earth 3 to fight another day.
“And stay off our planet you damn bastiches!” Lobo yells.

Evil Elite
Evil Elite decides to whittle down the Crime Syndicate and waits until Owlman, Atomica and Johnny Quick are by themselves.
Mirror Master tricks Owlman into following him through a mirror into a locked room with Bane waiting. Bane takes out Owlman. Owl man is definitely not as used to fighting as Batman is and therefore in worse shape. Bane should have no trouble beating Owlman and breaking his back.
Cheetah tracks down Atomica by scent and points out where she had stayed still for a while. Chronos then takes Cheetah back with him in a series of brief hops at that spot until they see Atomica and Cheetah takes her out by surprise.
Gentleman Ghost and Brainwave track down Johnny Quick and Brainwave uses his psychic powers to cause Johnny to not notice Gentleman Ghost and also think that he is running when he is walking. This allows the Ghost to sneak up on Johnny and take him out.
CHAPTER 3 - MORTAL COMBAT (DONE)
DOOM CONFERENCE: ACT OF GOD
Synopsis
On May 23, 2000, an event called the “Black Light” causes all technology on Earth to stop working for a split second - and also permanently robs every superpowered being on the planet of their powers. Heroes are haunted by their fall from grace: Wally West, formerly the Flash, was unable to save a policeman from being shot in the head; Clark Kent, formerly Superman, could not stop a dam from bursting and destroying a town; and Kyle Rayner, formerly Green Lantern, was beaten by the supervillain Sonar. J’onn Jonzz, the Martian Manhunter, now stuck in his Martian form, questions whether some individuals should have special powers, and believes the Black Light event happened to teach superheroes that just because they save lives doesn’t mean they need powers to do so. Other depowered heroes, such as Rex Mason, formerly Metamorpho, see this as a turn for the better now that they are human again. Heroes who never had to rely on superpowers, such as Batman, and heroes who use technology such as Steel, Booster Gold, and Blue Beetle, are forced to pick up the slack when criminal activity spikes.
Meanwhile, the technological supervillains are now in charge of the crime scene, and the only thing in their way is the non-powered heroes.

INJUSTICE CONFERENCE: BLACK REIGN
Synopsis
When Adam leads a team made of Atom Smasher, Nemesis, Eclipso, Northwind and Brainwave to overthrow the despotic leader of Kahndaq and take over the country, they are met by the oppressed citizens as heroes and liberators. But there’s something to be said about such a fashion of heroism that violently bypasses international jurisdiction, especially when the means of that takeover involves murder. Right away the Justice Society (The Flash, Green Lantern, Dr. Mid-Nite, Dr. Fate, Mr. Terrific, Stargirl, Hawkman, Hawkgirl, Shazam, Hourman and Wildcat) travel to Kahndaq to intervene, and an all-out battle ensues for the fate of the vulnerable country—and the world at large.

Captain Cold: With the Flash no longer fast enough to stop him, just imagine all the jobs he could pull off. He’ll be rich within the week. After all, who’s going to stop him? The Flash is a normal guy now, and all the other heroes have their hands full.
Ra’s Al Ghul: Yes, while he typically doesn’t fight a superpowered hero, this is still a large stepping stone for him. Batman will be busy helping all the leaguers currently struggling, so now is the perfect time for Ra’s to rise out of the shadows and take his evil plan into the spotlight.

Even without his powers, Respawn is still an extraordinary fighter. His eidetic memory would be extremely useful when it comes to planning; he’d be able to easily memorize blueprints or license plate numbers to track down enemies or find out where they’re hiding. Additionally, his advanced combat and incredible stealth would make him EXTREMELY dangerous and menacing.
Additionally, Copperhead has been doing crime without powers for his entire career. While his experience would give him an automatic leg-up over the other criminals, he also has several gadgets and physical capabilities that other villains don’t. For example, he’s a contortionist; he could hide in tiny spaces to get away from cops and crime-fighters. He also trained himself to “swim” (more slither) like a snake, giving him a sneaky getaway from the scene of the crime. His suction-cup fingers would let him climb walls at a pace faster than even Batman! With his transmitters, he’d be able to eavesdrop on cops or hear the clicks on combination locks. He’d also be able to lure people away from him using his transmitters. And, if he ever does get caught, the fangs on his suit are still coated with a venom that could paralyze or kill anyone.

OPERATION: COMET CO.
In the calamity which follows the great depowering of all metahumans and arcane forces, it’s the mad scientists who will reign supreme. And DOCTOR SIVANA is the maddest scientist of them all. Thanks to the vast stores of INDIGO’s future knowledge as Brainiac 8.0, Sivana’s aptitude combined with her databases will ensure that they can corner the market on every step of evolution from here on out for the world’s technology.
Meanwhile, the Scales of LIBRA may no longer be useful for absorbing superpowers, but they’re still quite relevant in their original capacity, as designed, to be an “Energy Transmogrifier.” Libra’s device can absorb up to half the energy of anything its wielder desires. Libra can outdo the power plants by capitalizing on the Earth’s own geothermal energy to dominate the energy market – all innovatively stored through the advanced lensing technology of MIRROR MASTER.
But Sivana and Libra are well-known criminals, and would make a poor face for their energy and tech company poised for world domination. That’s where CAPTAIN COMET comes in, a trusted figure from the heroic Silver Age representing the brand of optimistic retrofutirism from a bygone era that inspired his own creation. As both mascot and figurehead for this new conglomerate, “Comet Co.” promises a “Silver Age Lining” to a calamity-stricken humanity in its darkest hour.
ROGER HAYDEN, on the other hand, is cut off from the ghosts of continuities past which haunt his mind by the “Act of God,” and his Medua Mask is rendered inert. For the first time since the first Crisis, the former Psycho-Pirate finally knows peace. Vanishing into obscurity, Hayden builds a new quiet life for himself creating artisan hand-painted masks for small theater productions.

If Bizzaro were to lose his superpowers he would probably also lose his reversed thinking and distorted logic which usually causes him to be a supervillain. He would then seek a superhero like superman. The hero could help Bizzaro fit into the life of a normal human or even allow Bizzaro to help the heroes as the heroes would now need even more help since they don’t have powers themselves. If Bizzaro lost his powers but still had that reversed thinking he would probably end up using weapons like guns in order to create crime similar to the Joker.
If Sungirl lost her powers she would be in denial at first and try ways to reactivate her powers. After failing many times she would ask her group leader Deathstroke to give her some sort of serum like mirakuru. After getting the powers of the serum she would continue causing chaos with the help of her group Deathstroke’s Titans East.
If Savitar would lose his power he would be extremely angry and frustrated. He would think of many ways to get his powers back. He would think about recreating Barry Allen’s origin by setting up the chemicals and trying to get hit by lightning. Though he would settle for how he originally got his powers by getting struck by lightning during a test flight in a supersonic jet. He would then become one of the strongest on Earth as no other villains or even heroes would have as much power as him.
If Solomon Grundy lost his powers he would finally gain proper consciousness over himself. He would look around and see how the world has changed since he was murdered and turned into a monster. All of a sudden being placed into this new and unknown world Cyrus Gold would look for the easiest solution which would come to his mind. Which would probably be finding and dealing with his murderer. After killing the person who murdered him, Cyrus Gold would go on to take the role and become the person which killed him.
Abra Kadabra who would be unaffected by the new, big change would now be a much bigger villain. Before everyone lost their superpowers Abra Kadabra was not seen as a big threat as his powers were no more than mere illusions. But now no villains have powers which leaves him and only a few others who would make the news and make them the biggest villains around.
Mr. Freeze who was already a huge villain now would be one of the biggest crime leaders and chaos creaters. Most villains who no longer have powers would still want to be “villains’'. So in order to do this they would look for a leader. And the best leader would be a person who still has somewhat of a power like Mr. Freeze. This would make him a much stronger and great villain with the help of his new army of powerless villains
Silent Scream Society

As the rest of the team is left shaken from the loss of powers, Deadshot, perfectly fine takes the lead. He uses his criminal connections to get his team to saftey while they regroup.

Zoom: “Lawton is correct. This could be good. We can use this. Think about it, with my genius and Lawton’s abilities, were practically superpowered compared to any of these helpless morons. Grodd-”

Deadshot: “Well shi-”

Sinestro, as he has been in various army positions is a master strategist and expert in emotional manipulation and fear, he devises a plan to take down the non-powered heroes by devastating them with the loss of their team. Zoom creates any tech necessary. Deadshot easily takes out anyone standing in their way, starting with one Amanda Waller, and the rest of the superpowered heroes. They target each hero left standing by whom they are closest to, Zoom kills Barry Allen, throwing Green Arrow off his game, making the kill a cinch for the master marksman Deadshot to use GA’s own weapon of choice to kill him. SB-P takes down Superman, and while they may be pretty evenly matched, the villains hold none of the restraint to fight dirty or kill that the helpless heroes do. Once Superman is down, an enraged Bats is taken down by Deadshot again, hiding in the shadows. A secret sniper.

Now I’m sending out Metallo to go after Superman, before it’s to late. As for me, I’m going to steal the Batmobile while the Batfreak fight Man-Bat!

INJUSTICE 3
The Sinister Six
BLACK REIGN! After the sinister six killed Black Adam back during their war with the society of super villains, the county of Kahndaq has been taken over by a cruel dictator. Now it’s up to the six to retake the land and save its citizens. Because of the bench your first pick rule, Talia will be absent in this event. Now Ultra Man has taken on the role of team leader. The group watches the country from afar. As they watch, they realize that rushing straight into the place would be a death wish. Kahndaq is heavily armed. Military forces are equipped with the finest weapons and have tanks capable of bringing down armies. While this might not be a problem for an invulnerable superbeing like Ultra Man, the rest of the team will need to be careful. The team attacks a nearby group of soldiers and steals their transportation truck. Star Sapphire and Weather Wizard drive the truck disguised as soldiers while the rest of the team hides in the back. As the truck pulls up to the entrance to Kahndaq, soldiers stop them to check their vehicle. Before the two soldiers could enter the vehicle, John Dee made them believe they were both spies. The two soldiers began fighting each other while the truck took off into Kahndaq. After dropping the truck off on the outskirts, the team disguised themselves and entered the main city. Ultra Man took off to find Black Adam’s tomb while the others gathered citizens to help in the war. The people of Kahndaq were thrilled to join the team in their fight against the government. The people thought of the six as their saviors. Giganta leads the group to an abandoned warehouse, where they gear themselves up. Meanwhile! UltraMan enters the tomb of Teth-Adam! He sees Teth in a casket with his face wrapped up to cover the brutal wounds Ultra Man left him with. Ultra laughs at the sight at first but comes back to his senses and starts the mission. Just because Talia was benched doesn’t mean she didn’t leave them with a gift before they set off. Ultraman grabs a bottle of Lazarus resin and sprinkles it on Teth. A few seconds later, he shot up. Ripping the bandage off his face and looking UltraMan in the eyes His first sight was of the man who had killed him. The man who brutally beat him and left him dead for his entire country to see. Teth was angry. He instantly grabbed ultra man by the neck. In this moment, it was clear he was going to kill the man, but UltraMan was able to mutter a few words that changed his mind. “Save… Kahndaq” Adam lets go of him and tells him to say that again. Ultra Man grasps for breath. He stands back up and tells him that since Adam’s death, the country has fallen into a deadly dictatorship and that they have come to free his people. Teth Adam, though a vile supervillain, he cared for his people more than getting revenge. So he told ultra man he was going to help them, but as soon as the land is freed, the six will not be welcomed into the country any more unless they want to publicly executed by Black Adam. Meanwhile! The group of civilians that the six had gathered started a violent protest! Soldiers and tanks were deployed to stop the protesters, but when they arrived, the six came to help. Giganta had grown, and picked up the tanks and thrown them. Sapphire and the weather wizard used their powers against the army, while more civilians took to the streets and helped attack. Meanwhile, John Dee uses his powers to manipulate a group of soldiers into killing their leader. With the military facing a beating by the six and the civilians, and now with the leader of Kahndaq killed by his own men, victory was inevitable for the six. But more soldiers kept approaching, and more tanks kept firing at them. Soon Sapphire, Wizard, and Giganta were cornered by soldiers, and Dee was found by another group and was going to be shot dead in just a few moments. But a sound from Teth Adam’s tomb made the entire military pause. Even the six and the rebel team were stunned. Black Adam and ultra man came flying out of the tomb together! All fire was changed to their direction. The two blocked the military’s attacks and sent out lightning and laser beams at them. The army panicked at the sight of black Adam. Trying to run away, they were struck by lightning. Ultra man came flying down and started throwing tanks. Black Adam and ultra man’s might were too much for the already weakened military. Adam was merciless and refused to let anyone not loyal to him live. As the sun began to rise, Kahndaq was free of any dictatorship. Now Black Adam was back in control of Kahndaq, and the six left the country as heroes to the people of Kahndaq.

1: Assassination
You thought we were just gonna steal some weapons? As if! Might as well free the country, since we’re already here. Silver Banshee’s gonna attend dictator Asim Muhunnad’s speech and use her death stare on him. All she needs to do is know his name and look at him for long enough while concentrating. This won’t even blow our cover! With him out of the way and dead of a “heart attack”, we can move on to part 2.

Fatality is already in space ready to destroy Kahndaq’s satellites, while Livewire is going to take down communication towers on the ground. This is to disrupt the possibility of organized mobilization by the armed forces, making their counter-attack much less effective.
3: Civilians
Fatality flies back to earth to help Rose (me) with protecting civilians. She can use her ring’s translator to communicate with the people and use her constructs to keep them out of harm’s way, while I can warn her of incoming danger with her precognition.
4: Artillery
Silver Swan’s claws can cut tanks open and her nanite powered scream is strong enough to break through concrete and can reveal underground bunkers. Livewire can sense strong power concentration so she can go and detect where they would be keeping chemical weapons, which we can grab and bring to ivy. Silver banshee can also help with this and as she can learn any language almost instantly, she can help direct any civilians they come across to rose and fatality.
5: Fallout
Welp, we’ve created a power vacuum but hey the chemical weapons are gone and the main bad guys are out of the picture. That’s no longer our problem, we did our part! I’m sure the JSA or someone can figure something out. Mission success!
The Boom-Boom Gang
“We gottsa worry about collateral damages and such now? PFFFT. We ain’t abouts all that. Most this team are street level villains with smaller dreams. Now we out here in the world trying to liberate countries and stuff. Whats next? We gotta run all of Gotham?” Harley says matter of factly as she twirls around and round bumping into Duela accidently. “I will unfortunately be sitting the fight out. Consequences of actions and all that. I knockeds a certain dramatic diva unconscious during our last fights and she made me swear that I wouldn’t participates in the next one of these. She also stipulated she hads to be the boss in charge. I don’t like stepping down. Power and all that jazz, but I also knows there are a bunch more of these scenario things that I wants to win. This means I gotta not be” Harley goes all wide eye and crosses her eyes while twirling her finger next to head, “and allow for other people to steps up to the plate, for now.” Harley bounces out of the picture.
Alexis Kaye jumps forward, “Now that that dingbat is out of the way, lets get down to blowing stuff up. Yep, we are going to have to just blow stuff up. Plan? Haha look at us. Golden, you are a figure skater, we have two hyenas, and two clowns. This is not going to be something we worry about collateral damage on. Liberators schmiterators. We gonna win and that means we gotta go with the chaos impact.”
Each of the rest of the team works hard by throwing various forms of joker type bombs at various areas, like bunkers, chemical weapon outlets, and etc. They need to disconnect as much of the weapon force as possible. Punchline screams, “Remember we aren’t concerned about pretty, we are concerned about EFFECTIVE.” Hyena (Summer Day) will throw special bombs that have been created using Punchline’s special joker venom inside of them. This type of joker venom doesn’t kill but will do significant damage to the foes (reducing potential casualties even).
Golden Glider is doing all that she can do by helping take over some tanks, since she is able to turn into a ghost-like form. This has been evidenced in the past when she placed a shard of glass into Dr. Darwin Elias’ heart. She is going to use this same idea to get rid of the drivers of at least two tanks, so that Hyena (Jivan Shi) and Punchline can take them over and start using tanks to take out aspects of the military as well. Golden Glider will continue to take out all the tanks this way, but only two will be used by the team to continue their own rampage, as the others will be busy making sure that the bombs are being consistently thrown out.
The catch on the weapons usage, Punchline doesn’t realize that Harley had handed Duela a note when she bumped into her earlier. The note tasked her with making sure that Punchline only takes out weapons or things that would otherwise be conceived as problematic. Duela has been doing well to make sure Punchline using the tank does not impact any children, buildings of importance, etc. throughout the fight. This has resulted in little to no civilian casualties. Harley always finds a way, even when she does have to sit out. This battle will rage on for several days, so my team will be exhausted by the time it is over. Multiple strategies will have to be utilized and ultimately ONE MEMBER WILL DIE by the end… Will it be our Ribbon Dancer? Maybe Harley loses one of her babies? OH NO, Tune into the next prompt to find out WHO… DUN DUN DUN… BOOM B****ES!
VS.
The 8th Circle
The Floronic Man:
Aside from his “Green” related abilities, Jason Woodrue is a brilliant and accomplished chemical biologist. As the Floronic Man he can combine his talents to neutralize chemical attacks from the enemy should they be so desperate to resort to such means. He could summon spores to render any harmful chemical agents inert. He can also threaten the country’s food crops (as a bluff, we don’t want to actually cause a food crisis)–to put pressure on the regime to give up.
Parasite:
Another defensive asset. Parasite can be snuck into (under the cover of Frost King’s icy fog) weapons bunkers and supply depots to absorb the energy from volatile chemical or nuclear powered weapons to deplete the dictrorship’s only real source of strength. With any battlefield incursion where Parasite is present, he can absorb and redirect the energy of those attacks back to the enemy.
The Frost King:
There’s one thing both sides of a conflict often fear more than each other, the weather! Frost King can freeze up ports of entry, create visibility issues and freeze up crucial equipment. There is no bigger asset in warfare than control of the weather! Especially cold weather.
Major Force:
With his military experience and ownership of the skies. Major Force is our big gun! To that effect he is able to manipulate and disperse an intense burst of his energy into an Electro Magnetic Pulse! This will disrupt any electronics and most importantly, cut off the enemies communication channels. He can also decimate entire battalions with his near Superman-level strength.
Multiplex:
If only an oppressive regime could be neutralized by assassinating a single unhinged head of state. Lucky for The 8th Circle we have Multiplex. Along with Parasite, under the cover the the Frost King, Multiplex and his duploids can infiltrate the various bunkers, citadels, military complexes, etc. where these despicable fools are hiding out and execute a multifaceted assasination. With the leadership circle suddenly out of the picture, the cooler heads of Kandaq’s government and citizens can chart out a more equitable and (democratic?) future…if that’s ok with Black Adam.

TIME: Now
The members of Evil Villains Instituting Lordship, aka E.V.I.L, have received their latest challenge and, per the terms, Vandal Savage is nowhere to be found.
Black Manta: “Let’s work on a plan to take over Khandaq as quickly as possible.”
Ursa: “Who put you in charge?”
Black Manta: “It’s my underwater fortress and I’m a natural leader. Besides, you work best when your taking orders.”
Ursa’s eyes flare with anger and she takes a step towards Manta before unleashing her heat vision. Manta never flinches and the attack stops a foot before it hits him.
Black Manta: “Did you have to make the force field so close to me, Vault?”
Vault: “Well…I didn’t have to.”
Vault smiles a wry grin as Ursa stops her attack and smashes a table in frustration.
Black Manta: “Ok then…let’s continue. We’re going up against mortals in this one and it should be easy. We have two objectives - wipe out every single member of the dictatorship and convince the masses that we are liberators, not conquerors. Here’s the map of Khandaq - let’s go over the plan.”
Once all members of the team have discussed the plan and know their role they get into Black Manta’s Sea-Saucer and set a course for the coast of El Tor, Khandaq.
LOCATION: Just off the coast of El Tor, Khandaq
TIME: Now
Black Manta: “Ok, we’re at surface level. Once I open the hatch let’s get to work as quickly as possible.”
Inertia: “Now you’re speaking my language!”
Black Manta: “Don’t be cocky, be brutal. We take no prisoners and we leave no witnesses. Every part of the dictatorship, or the army protecting the dictatorship, must be eliminated.”
The rest of E.V.I.L nod their understanding as Black Manta opens the hatch.
Black Manta: “Let’s go have some fun and show that old man we don’t need him to kick some ass!”
The team leave in pairs with Ursa carrying Vault as she flies into the sky and Ultivac carrying Inertia right behind them. Black Manta uses a one-man hovercraft/jet ski and heads south, towards Shiruta. Once they are over land Vault and Inertia are dropped off while Ursa and Ultivac remain in the sky. Immediately they are spotted by Khadaq’s armed forces, who are protecting the dictatorship, and the fight begins.
Vault, from behind a force field, begins firing energy coils at the tanks that are coming towards them to freeze them in their tracks while Ursa uses her heat vision to destroy and and all missiles headed their way. Neither is looking to destroy anything just yet.
After a couple of minutes of fighting Inertia, who has been behind Vault, smiles, cracks his knuckles and takes off towards the military base. He is moving at top speed allowing him to witness all of this in super slow-motion and he is behind enemy lines before they’ve even realized he was in Khandaq at all. He locates a weapons cache and places a timebomb on a crate of missiles. He sets the timer for five seconds, a lifetime to him but it’ll seem immediate to them. Inertia then finds all high ranking members of the unit, pausing to thank them for making his job so easy by wearing specific insignias indicating their rank, and slits each of their throats as he passes by. Once he is satisfied that anyone in charge is dead and the unit will be without leadership after the timebomb explodes he heads back behind Vault. There are three seconds left on the timer.
All the while, Ultivac has been hovering above the population center of El Tor projecting an illusion of Ursa, Vault and Inertia calmly negotiating peace with the army and convincing them to destroy their own weapons safely. The citizens watch in amazement as the people that have been oppressing them seem to so easily give up and agree to the terms.
Two…
One…
KA-BOOM!!!
The timebomb goes off and the weapons cache explodes with an incredible intensity. When the weapons cache explodes the citizens cheer! Ursa, Vault and Inertia use the explosion as a distraction and attack all remaining soldiers. Ursa flies from one solider to the next to kill them with brutal force while Vault approaches the tanks he froze earlier and smashes them like empty soda cans. Inertia turns soldiers with guns towards each other so that their next bullet will kill their comrade and laughs as he looks back at the dominos of dead soldiers in his wake.
When the explosion clears Ursa, Vault and Inertia enter the city and are showered with praise, thanks and celebration by the citizens who believe they have just peacefully convinced the military to destroy their own weapons and leave. Ursa, while being hugged by a young woman who is sobbing tears of joy at her newfound freedom, looks up at Ultivac and gives him a wink. The robot does not show any response.
While Ursa, Inertia, Vault and Ultivac repeat their savagery/“peaceful liberation” throughout the remainder of Khandaq Black Manta continues to Shiruta which was the last known location of the dictator leading this oppressive regime. Once there he enters the city and begins to track the dictator who has no doubt heard that his armies are being wiped out and knows he is in danger. There are many places the dictator could be but Manta’s tracking skills make finding him as easy as following the yellow brick road. He reaches a bunker and sees five guards outside the door. Manta takes a knife in each hand, turns the corner and fires lasers from his helmet to knock out all lights. The guards panic and begin firing at the two glowing red eyes that are moving closer but they have no effect. They can’t see anything but they hear a slicing sound as guards on either side of them drop. When there is only one guard left Manta holds a knife to his throat and says, “Open the door.”
Guard: “Ok…ok…please don’t kill me, I’m just following orders!”
The guard opens the door and steps back.
Black Manta: “Just following orders, eh? Then I order you to die.”
Manta slashes the guards throat and enters the bunker.
He continues down the hall until he hears voices coming from one of the rooms. He waits long enough to determine there are four people in the room and then kicks in the door. The four men, two standing and two seated, turn in shock at the commotion as Manta throws his knives into the hearts of the two standing men who quickly collapse. Two men remain, one behind a desk and one seated on the other side with his back to Manta but his head turned to see him. The man with his back to Manta tries to rise but Manta has unsheathed a sword and swings it with force to cut the man’s head completely off of his body.
Dictator: (Sobbing) “Who are you? What do you want?”
Black Manta: “I’m the liberator of Khandaq and I want to win this challenge.”
Dictator: “Challenge?!?”
Black Manta: “It’s a fantasy league of sorts that @Cradle2theGabe and @Jurisdiction came up with on the DC Universe Infinite Community forum.”
Dictator: “You just killed those men as part of part of a…fantasy league?!?!”
Black Manta: “Yeah. And you’re going to help me win. So let’s go make a video.”
Manta leads the dictator into a room filled with broadcast equipment and tells the dictator to read a statement that they’ve decided to leave Khandaq, peacefully, and turn control over to the E.V.I.L team who totally didn’t use force to bring this about and who will be benevolent leaders. The broadcast is sent over all Khandaqi television and radio networks and the cheers of joy can be heard from Eilat to Hurghada. Once it is complete the dictator looks to Black Manta with fear.
Dictator: “You’re going to kill me now, aren’t you?”
Black Manta: “No. I’m not. Come on, let’s get out of here.”
The dictator can’t believe his ears and doesn’t trust Manta but he has no choice but to go with him. Once they reach the surface they see rest of the team gathered near an adoring mob.
Black Manta: “Come over here and smile for the cameras.”
The dictator and Black Manta walk over to Inertia, Vault, Ursa and Ultivac and they all join hands and raise them up in celebration. The crowd roars its approval as the group rises up into the skies and flies off.
They land back on Black Manta’s Sea-Saucer and Manta turns to face the dictator.
Black Manta: “I told you I wouldn’t kill you, and I won’t. But we can’t let you live because you might tell someone what really happened here. Besides, one member of our team didn’t get to kill anyone yet and that’s not fair so…Ultivac…he’s all yours.”
The dictator turns to the robot who extends his arms, grabs the dictator by the shoulders, lifts him up and rips him completely in half. As he drops the two halves of the dictator into the ocean the robot turns to Ursa.
Ultivac: “You made that look fun in the previous challenge, Ursa, but I found it unsatisfactory.”
Ursa: “You gotta find your own thing! Maybe the next challenge will have something for you.”
The E.V.I.L. team head into the Sea-Saucer and set a course for Manta’s underwater lair.
VS.
Evil Elite
Mirror Master takes Brainwave into the Military HQ through the mirror in the bathroom. Brainwave then mind controls the military leaders and has them send orders to move the army away from civilians by claiming the attackers (us) are in the desert getting organized. After the army is on the move and away from civilian targets, Brainwave then has the commanders launch their missiles at their own army.
Gentleman Ghost uses his intangibility to enter and take over bunkers and other fortified areas.
Bane attacks the hangars and where the tanks are kept and destroys the vehicles.
Faust uses his magic to move or destroy any chemical weapons.
Mirror Master can move the other members of Evil Elite where they need to go after he has dropped off Brainwave.
The Monsters

Main Man Mafia
The Main Man Mafia arrive just outside Kahndaq, but Lobo, the group’s leader, is confused as to why they are taking on this mission. It was Dr. Psycho’s idea, as he thought Black Adam would owe them big time by eliminating his country’s oppressive dictatorship. Better yet, maybe Kahndaq could become their new base of operations.
Lobo: “Frag me for a bastich, is that a bar!?”
Lobo leave his team behind and runs into the bar. He wants no part of this battle and is sitting this one out. Even without Lobo, however, the Main Man Mafia continue on.
The Riddler starts the attack by simply pressing a button. This activates over hundreds of Riddler Trophies throughout Kahndaq, with the country’s dictator being sent a message about how his forces must capture them all unless he wants a giant bomb to explode. The Riddler Trophies gets Kahndaq’s forces moving in all sorts of directions away from the main palace and away from major pockets of civilians.
With forces scattered, Kite-Man flies over the main palace where he drops off Bloodsport, armed and ready to take out the dictator. Kite-Man then focuses on getting civilians out of harm’s way because deep down, he wants to be a hero, HELL YEAH.
Bloodsport shoots his way through the palace and comes face to face with the dictator. Dr. Psycho also arrives inside the main chamber room after using his mind powers to turn soldiers against each other. Dr. Psycho enters the mind of the dictator and forces him to call off all his troops from around the city.
Dr. Psycho then commands the dictator to make a public announcement where he steps down from his role. This firmly puts the Main Man Mafia in charge, at least until Black Adam arrives.
Ocean Master is the last to get involved as he arrives later with supplies and technology from Atlantis to give the ailing population.
This makes the Main Man Mafia popular with the people of Kahndaq, who make a statue to honor the heroic efforts of Kite-Man inside the town’s square.

You will have to read Wiki yourself for this. So once he is out, The Boom-Boom Gang will drag him into a warehouse, tie him up and put balloons all around him to say, “Hey we have Snapper and we will hurt him if we have to do so.” The JL will avoid Gotham to save their friend Snapper because he has a similarity to the importance of Alfred for Batman. BOOM B*TCHES!!

The only thing stopping her is her imagination.
Bruce Wayne is just a fun guy and his butler is kinda scary so we’ll just get another rich businessman. The Justice League isn’t going to risk him getting killed by attacking us but also wont mount a full on rescue mission because what’s this random rich guy to them? Unless there’s something we don’t know about him…Don’t think it would be worth blowing his cover over a city like Gotham.
