Diane Guerrero is one actress I was looking forward to seeing Play Crazy Jane. She kills that role, that is so much talent.

Because jane is actually a good person but is plagued with her split personalities. She befriended cliff and tried to save chief from the hole and then jumped in.

Yeah, and on reading a little more into her comic version, and reading some of the way and morrison runs on DP, I have come to see that there is a lot more to her than there usually is with this sort of character. IN fact, dp just seems to have tons of great characters to draw on, characters I can only hope to see. again, as I mentioned earlier I would love to see Danny the street in this, depending on how they do it.

@TX85 I totally agree that Cliff sees Jane as a daughter surrogate. Jane is resistant to that. I think they could be romantic in the future, but I would be down for a more platonic friendship. I donāt think he will ever succeed at being a father figure for her.

I think this might be my favorite version of Cyborg, at least in a motion medium. He is just less abrasive than all the other versions, and his back story is already more interesting than a lot of his other portrayals.

@rhymetravila In one of the recent DC Daily episodes, they had footage from a panel with the creators in which they confirmed that we will be seeing Danny the Street in the show.

you can not imagine the joy this brings to me. Really you just canāt. I also really liike that they seem to be going more deeply into the negative being as its own character, and I really want to see how they do it. Honestly after ep 1 I was really unsure because of just how bizarre the show really is, but Now I am hooked. Iām in this for the long haul for sure.

@rhymetravila This show is kind of all the things I love. It is comic book superhero mess, with a bunch of pretension, undercut by literally fart jokes. Itās a dream. We may not be living in Blade Runner, but 2019 gave us this show!
This was a fun episode, although I got to say if we got a talking born again cockroach in episode 2 I canāt imagine what kind of insanity we will have by the season finale. But I am definitely along for the ride.
Loved the recap of last episode āthose four clowns got into their clown car, drove into clown town, and a three ring circus broke outā was hilarious. I think I listened to that recap 10 times before I ever got to the actual episode.
Cyborn was awesome and introduced perfectly and the scene of Elist-Girl, Negative man and Cybrog in the alternate dimension was great as well.
Just a good episode, a little weirder then the last. But the show is great at adding grounded character dynamics and interactions to offset the weirdness. I am loving it.

My favorite part about the scene where Larry canāt get on the bus is how every time he collapses , the bus driver is just like āf**** itā and just drives away.
Like it never occurs to them that this is an abnormal event or something. I thought that was pretty funny.

I really liked the episode but Iām not sure Iām a fan of this take on cyborg, all cocky, and I donāt think I love this version of his back story

Letās Talk Family. Larry Trainor has two Kids out there that would be interesting to See. And then there is Cliff Steeleās Daughter, could Crazy Jane be his Real Daughter? In the Trailer for Episode 2 there is a Line that did not make it into Final Cut, Cliff Quotes George Jetson, āJane Stop this crazy thingā, wish that Stayed In!When the ATM started Communicating with the Crook in Detroit, I Thought it was Danny The Street, guess that was just Cyborg messing with the Crook before taking him down. Loved how Dr. Silas mentions an Upgrade that will make Cyborg a God, does he have a Father Box? Once our Zeros entered the Door Of The Donkey, am I the only one that wanted to See them Escape through the Back Door? That would be a Sh#*ty Ending! Arnold Drake would be very Proud of this Series!

I LOVE Cyborg! He was capable and funny and came off as a natural leader. His energy and enthusiasm brings some light to team since the other characters are so tortured/depressed right now.
This is the best take on Cyborg Iāve seen (or read) since he was part of New Teen Titans.
Episode 2 was very generous. Action, humor, torture, joy, a portal to another dimension and, schizophrenia. What more could you ask for?
