Hello and welcome to the World of Bats, the Batman Book Club!

We’re at the start of June, aka Pride month, so we’ll be looking at some stories that feature LGBT characters within the world of Gotham City, and we’ll be starting with DC Pride: Time Drake Special #1, written by Meghan Fitzmartin and drawn by Belén Ortega.

Reading will run from 2023-06-03T05:00:00Z→2023-06-09T05:00:00Z, but if you’ve been kidnapped while on your friend(?) date, you can always come back later.

DAMN. I don’t even know if I’ve read some of my absolute favorite comics that many times. :sweat_smile:

This isn’t even the worst case of me rereading something over and over again if I like it. Some things I’ve read close to 20 times or more

I think my favorite part of the reading this week was the Christmas story, A Carol of Bats. I just enjoyed the way they turned my expectations on their heads
