I have always liked The Riddler. The very first Riddler story I read as a kid was the Dark Knight, Dark City arc. And wow…blew my mind about who and what The Riddler was and could be.

My favorite DC villain is a tie.
Temple Fugate, the Clock King, in the DCAU. The guy is practically my hero; the way he navigates the city is unreal. His ability to keep all those schedules in his head and coordinate then with his mind? He has to be some sort of meta.
Stanley Labowski, Mad Stan, from Batman Beyond. So many good quotes. Boom Boom the Chihuahua. Explosions everywhere. Deep thoughts driving such an oversimplified solution. Just awesome.

I’d say probably the Riddler, followed by Catwoman, Darkseid, Lord Manga Khan from Justice League International (What? He’s funny.), Captain Cold, Lex Luthor, Bane, Deathstroke, and Two-Face. The Joker would be #3.
