Ngl, this is a LOADED question 
I guess it depends on if you’re a reader that needs every single issue or if you’re okay with broader strokes to save time and money. Which would you say you are?
I personally tend to cut down (so I may not be the best person to ask). But I’d say 
- Batman 124,
- Fear State,
- (This Swamp Thing is pretty great) and
- Gotham City Villains Special, will fill in the gaps.
I’ll get back to you if I think of anything else.
