Speaking of J-Man, he sadly hasn’t had a proper action figure in his 23 years of existence. From series 1 of Hasbro’s Batman Beyond line in 1999, this is the closest thing we currently have:

From a purely toyetic perspective, its fun, because who doesn’t like a missile-firing hovercycle?

J-Man’s likeness is somewhat present (especially in the hair), but everything else is artistic license from the Hasbro employee that designed the figure.
