Well at least the waverer i know doesn’t but that was from Armageddon 2001 the DC Annual crossover that ran through the annuals in the summer of 1991.
Waverer went through some changes from then on (I think actually he was killed and replaced by an alternate timeline Matthew Rider at some point.) I’ll admit i lost track of the character after Zero Hour.

@golddragon71 For some reason I thought Waverider was an alternate timeline Booster Gold. I guess I could just google it and see if there’s a wikipedia explanation. I have no idea how many versions there have been of the character.
