Fortnite has a massive cult following as we know & I think they underestimated how popular this was gunna be or maybe they knew but the system in place , computer software to deal
withi it hasn’t been able to cope , system overload, crashed
I think this is how it’s gunna roll for the rest of the codes because as the physical copies of the comics become unavailable / sold out more people will sign up to DC

9 days with no response to my support ticket filed on May 4. 4:46PM EST.

I received code 1 only after contacting support.
I never received code 2. I’ve searched for the email. I’ve checked Spam. I’ve checked promotions. I’ve checked everywhere in my gmail account. I’ve opened the comic and flipped all the way to the ending screen where it suggests other comics to me multiple times. So many times that I’m sick of looking at it. In Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and the Android app.

At least respond to the support requests.

Hello, I’ve read the comic Zero Point #1 and I still haven’t received my code yet. I’ve read the #2 and received it after 2 hours. I’ve send many Mails and its been a week with no reply. So can I get my code in the following hours cuz im getting passen off slowly.

Another day passes with no response from customer service, no codes, mods keep pasting same useless script that doesn’t work, Respond or REFUND my money!!

I think most of us are better off just paying more for each item as they hit the item shop in FN instead of waiting for an undetermined amount of time. Even if that means we won’t be able to get the armored batman from all the codes at the end. Had I known that DC would be this unprepared, I never would’ve subscribed.

I read the comic but still do not have the skin

Been a week with no response! Have had the subscription for months! Got the first code with no problem. Have gone and re-read issue #2 multiple times with no code in sight! Tried emailing support with no response either. I want the final armored Batman :frowning: C’mon DC! Anyone reading this? Help!

It pisses me off. I’ve been waiting a week and I didn’t even get rebirth Harley Quinn. I’m not in the trial period. I’m in my prime subscription. Sent 2 tickets out and nothing from them.

All we can do is wait apparently. Hopefully DC does its fans right :pray:t3:

I have my subscription active since May 6 and to date I have not received a code, I have sent a ticket and emails and nothing, I keep waiting for them to arrive soon.

Nitetrain003 I’ve been waiting more than 4 days and they haven’t said anything. Nothing is gonna happen.

I still have not received my Harley Quinn code after reading the Batman/ Fortnite: Zero point multiple times. I am not on part of a free trail and I am part of the paid membership and still haven’t gotten anything.

Posting the same boilerplate thing isn’t helping anyone. This isn’t the solution for bugs on the DC side. I was incorrectly flagged as a free trial, despite being instant access. This was an error and nothing I do will correct it outside of intervention from support - it’s been almost 10 days and I haven’t heard anything. This isn’t the solution we need.
