Regarding the Iceberg Lounge password - once you directly message @IcebergLoungeBouncer with the correct code, you should have access to the lounge regardless of your clearance level (more information here: How To Enter The Iceberg Lounge). Do you mean that you have completed this and yet still lose access when you are not Clearance Level 3? If so, that is a bug that our technical team will need to look into.
