Hey @xsailor5, thank you for the suggestion! I’ve logged this for consideration for our team - if you have any further suggestions or feedback regarding DCUI, please don’t hesitate to let us know on this thread (DCUI: What Do You Like About DC Universe Infinite? And What Would You Change?).
I came here because I was actually impressed by the app today. I’ve been re-reading the 2000’s JLA books through the trades. I finished book 4 today, and instead of a random issue of JLA, the up next actually brought up book 5.
This is progress.
That’s actually the thread we’re in. This is why canned text isn’t always the best option.
Thank you both! On a side note, does anyone know how to request that DCUI be available on Xbox or other streaming platforms like Roku the way DCU was. It made reading comics for people with vision impairments much easier due to the larger screen size, so the type and images can really be seen better?
Hey there, I’ve moved your comment to the thread you’re looking for. I’m happy to make note of your request
Hi. I subscribed to Ultra a year ago, and while getting new releases a month after they ship to stores is great, I’m baffled by the app’s lack of settings for organizing the comics you’ve downloaded. Am I missing something? Or is there really no way to organize your downloads by series? Or even by release date?
It’s equally surprising and disappointing that the back catalogues of even major books like Action Comics are hundreds of issues short and that you can’t search for comics by creator names.
I’d love to know a timeline for improvements. And I’d love to be surprised and learn that the features I seek are in there and I just missed them. But, as it stands, the app does not seem to support some of the basic functions that are key to reading and expanding a digital collection of good comics.
Hi @stephenatotilo.67619, and welcome to the community! Thank you for sharing your experience and feedback. I’ve passed it to the team for review. Please feel free to reach out to the moderator team if you need anything!
We used to be able to read the comics in landscape mode. It then change to only allow portrait mode which makes 2 page spreads way to small. Please allow us to read comics in landscape mode again.
We moved the original post to this thread as it was previously posted on an unrelated topic, hence the note about where to post future feedback and suggestions.
Thank you for your valuable feedback - unfortunately, we are unable to provide any updates or ETA from our end regarding a potential resolution to the landscape mode issue. We apologize deeply for the inconvenience and appreciate your continued patience with this matter - if you encounter any further technical issues, please reach out to our support team here: http://yourdcu.com/submit.
