I’ll start w/ this since I just reread it! 
I’m always down to get the 
together, and in this 1st issue it works. They’re good for each other at the beginning, (Ivy even says “positive female reinforcement”, and its there), but for the long game: Ivy and Selina are too independent, have different goals and both have that Alpha vibe. They need to be free to follow their own whims. Harley is Harley and will be Harley pretty much anywhere and w/ anyone…. she belongs w/ Ivy, tho. 
They’re two sides if the same coin to me and give each other something no one else really can.
