Hello everybody, I thought for fun, I’ll be doing a Countdown to the launch of DC Universe Infinite.
So far there is 120 days left til it launch. I’ll add a picture of a comic book each day starting today.
Today comic is the first appearance of Superman.
The title of this thread has me worried. Where’s Blue Beetle?

Well, just read Superman’s story in Action Comics #1 for the first time in a while! An element which often gets forgotten is that in the very beginning, Superman wanted to keep himself out of the paper — and did whatever he could to ensure that Superman remained a secret.
Well, that’s one thing Smallville got right.

Got inspired by your posting covers RF so I did a little rough sketch recreation of part of the cover for detective comics # 27. It’s not super great, but still not bad lol.
