Penguin seem more of the leader in the four group of villains.
It’s kinda odd seeing Catwoman only pretending to be into Bruce.

My favorite quote from the Penguin is “Careful Catwoman Careful, every one of them has a mother!” What I love about it is that Penguin is willing to mess with Batman but not any mothers!
