Dick Tracy was good. There’s another property along with The Rocketeer, Shadow and Phantom that could genuinely benefit from a reboot.
I remember seeing the Tank Girl trailer with Star Trek Generations (have one Malcolm McDowell movie promote another, right?) when I was a kid. It looked kind of bonkers to me then. I think Tank Girl was the first comic based movie to be directed by and star a woman (Rachel Talalay and Lori Petty, respectively). Noteworthy for that alone.
