I’ve just accepted the fact that Gotham is the 2nd worst US city in the DCU to live in (number one being Hub City). Any chance of it being “safe” has pretty much been evaporated by this point.

I would do the “nuke it from orbit” joke but I see someone already did it. My only addition is to evavuate the regular citizens beforehand. Just maybe leave Joker there for when the nuke hits

Well in The Suicide Squad he successfully tied his own seat belt and started panicking when he realized they were about to drop down to water. Then he played dead until the end of the movie.
