But contributes heavily to the Supergirl Question and Black Canary Arcs.
A perfect Justice League member, along with Black Canary. His trick arrows are very versatile and his personality adds to every story.
The current League is better with those two.
Karate Kid - the one member of the Legion of Super-Heroes who had no powers in an organization that required that each member had a unique super power. He held his own against Superboy in a test. Was able to crack the hardest substance known in the 30th century. Was categorized at a fighting level higher than Black Canary or Batman. Also came to the 20th century and prove himself as a hero as well.
