I mean, Changeling/Beast Boy kind of makes my skin crawl in the original Wolfman Titans.
But in terms of cool creepiness, they don’t call him the Creeper for nothing.

Then light the candle
So they become wax

Creeper feels like the obvious answer.
Brotherpower the Geek is also kind of eerie, being a living mannequin thing.
And the idea of getting trapped by the Helmet of Fate make Dr. Fate much creepier.
