Batman because he is always ahead of his enemy. Next would be aqualad because he has control of the seas, and then robin.

Batman.
I never cared much for Robin. He always got Batman in trouble. Even the “better” Robin, in Forever. Drake as Robin is ok. Robin in Titans is kick-ass, but, he’s not really Robin. Oddly enough, I’ve always liked Grayson as Nightwing.
