Yes they will
They have said on Decemeber first the 4 Burton era Batman film will be back, as well as three of the Filmation animated series.
As for the others, I assume slowly but surely most will be rotated. But I got curious and actually looked everything up. And of the live action movies that have yet to be on here. I found everything aside from Jonah Hex and Return of Swamp Thing is on another streaming service somewhere. (and just because I didn’t find those two doesn’t mean it isn’t) so it seems clear most if not all of them are tied up in licensing deals with other streaming services. I assume in time as those deals expire more will show up, but wouldn’t expect it to be a quick process.
