Like I said in my thread for it, I had seen people make that theory, and thought “that’s the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard, there’s no way they’re going there.” But man, the mad lads were right, they are going THERE.
I’m not fully sure if I’m into this, I feel like it might be too much connection to the old series, but I’m willing to be convinced.
I’m just happy they aren’t wasting Yahya Abdul-Mateen II as a likable but ultimately boring husband for Angela. Can’t wait to see where things go in the final two hours!

It was quite the twist! I’ll admit that I did not see that coming! I’ll have to rewatch the episode to see if I can pick up on all the clues again, which will probably make me feel stupid, but oh well.
