What’s the recipe for that custom Batman? I’m guessing it’s the Mattel Public Enemies Batman, and a DC Universe Classics Batman head coupled with a very nicely made custom cape.
Are any of the Batarangs custom made? I recognize a few of the Mattel flavor in the bunch, but a few others don’t look familiar.

This Batman was from the 2 pack set him and Robin. Cape is just a fabric piece and some hot glue around the neck.
Baterangs all from all different Batman figures I own. Collected so many over the years. Lol.
