So in the last issue of red hood and the out laws Jason Todd shot and killed penguin which leads Batman beating him bloody this was confirmed by it being a head shot point blank execution style.

However penguin then appears in the heros in crisis story when Harley quinn needs a place to hide now the issue I have is this takes place after the red hood issue which is pretty obvious if you read both comics. So am I the only one who noticed this?

I’m not entirely surprised, this kind of thing happens pretty often at both DC and the other big publisher. Lack of communication between editors and events being written before the regular series is caught up make these mistakes rather annoying.
