Today is 11/11, which means it is Veteran’s Day, a day where we celebrate the men and women who have served and continue to serve in the U.S. military. It is a day to specifically honor these real-life superheroes and the sacrifices they make on a daily basis.
Some of our own DC superheroes fought alongside these men in women in spirit within the pages of DC Comics. From World War II to the present day, we have many superheroes that come from military backgrounds.
