I choose Aqualad, because he was raised in New Mexico. We’re both American, we would share the same fascination and awe, yet Kaldur’ahm has spent extensive time in Atlantis since high school. Vulko and Mera have duties and responsibilities that demand the bulk of their presence elsewhere. Who willingly volunteers or pays for a half-butt tour or anything? Orm is the absolute, downright nonsensical option. The facts are that Orm is a power-obsessed, murderous, maniacal, war-thirsty, forever plotting, lethal, omega-level super-villain. No thanks.
