I have an adroid tablet and I downloaded the Infinite app but when I go to sign in it says error contact support. It lets me sign in on the internet browser and I’ve uninstalled and installed and still nothing. Anyone else have this issue? It also lets me sign in on my phone app.

Is the android tablet possibly really old? Maybe it’s OS isn’t supported anymore? 
It’s a fire tablet so I had to get the app off the browser because Amazon wants you to use comixology. I guess theres some issue with the app itself. It’s weird because I can browse the app but not sign in.
I have the same problem. Did they ever fix it for you?
