Greetings Nitwits!
Did you miss me? I am back again for your weekly dose of excruciating enigmas.
If you don’t know how this works (you really should by now), every Tuesday I will be presenting you with a Riddle to challenge your puny minds. Remember the rules - No cheating or Googling. If you can answer the first riddle, a second will follow suit in the comments below.
Lets do this, and have some fun! Happy Riddlin’!
Commissioner Gordon received a report of unusual activity in the area. When he entered the man’s home, he slowly pushed up the door to discover his dead body, a gun in his hand and a cassette player. Gordon approaches the cassette player and pushes play. The sound of static drifts from its speaker, and then Gordon hears the man’s voice say “Goodbye, cruel world. Gotham is too harsh a city to go on in” followed by the sound of a gun shot.
How did Jim immediately know this man had been murdered and it was not suicide?

Ok, here we go!!
Talia was killed last Sunday morning. GCDP know who they are going to arrest from this bit of information:
Selina was doing her laundry.
Harley was getting the mail.
Oswald was cooking fish.
Harvey was planting in the garden.
Who killed Talia and how did the police know?
