@MajorZuma I dig Judge Dredd over the later Dredd.
For me, Judge Dredd has better cinematography, music, production design, costume design and action sequences. Plus the very pretty Diane Lane
Dredd may have the titular character keep his helmet on for the whole movie, was innovative for having a female villain (she was the best part of the movie for me) and it had some decent action sequences, but I felt bored during a good portion of it too.
Neither Dredd movie has had an overly entertaining story IMO. The frame-up from the first felt lazy and the heroes holed up with the bad guys from Dredd has been done better in better movies.
I wonder what a third attempt at Judge Dredd would be called. The Judge Dredd? No, that’s grammatically incorrect. Judge Dredd Begins? Judge Dredd: The Mega City One Chronicles? That’s not bad, not too bad at all. A bit long, but not too shabby.
Interesting about Dredd. I should check out the comic and movie.
Also I did my list based on only Live-action movies. If animated was involved it would be signficantly different. Movies like TDKR part 1 and 2, Under the Red Hood, Flashpoint, Wonder Woman would be up there for sure.

Thats a great list @TX85. I think Days of Future Past is one of the most underrated comicbook movies. I think its because Xmen seems to be hit or miss with every movie, but when it hits it really lands well.
Glaring omissions, I know. If it’s not on there doesn’t mean I don’t think it was great. Just don’t go back to it as much. Endgame not out on home video yet, I know…but I think I’ll be rewatching it a few times once it’s out.
Damn, I know I have weird taste, but I’m not seeing many of my choices on anybodies list.
in no particular order because that is too much work
