I don’t know about overrated. But he’s 100% overhyped. We’ve gotten 4 movies with the Joker, and 0 with the Mad Hatter, Clayface, Man-bat, Firefly, Ventriloquist, and Killer Croc. (yeah he was in Suicide Squad but barely.)

I’m at first I might have have said Supes was over rated but he’s been outshined by Bats a lot over the last couple of years so he moved to just being rated
