CW Seed’s Deathstroke: Knights and Dragons debuts on the home video scene August 4th via Digital HD, and August 18th via physical formats. The cover art bills it as part of the DC Animated Movie line, a label usually reserved for the line of animated DTV (direct to video) movies that began in 2007 and is still going strong today.

The question is thus: Since the flick (which is actually episodes edited together along with new footage) bears that moniker, is there a chance that DCU would get it in November, following the 90 Day Rule™?

Any idea when the Meta Madhouse shirts might be making their way back to rewards? A week? A month? A year? A decade? Never?

There better be a chance, because we have to stock that Rewards shop up with some goodies! And shirts that are easily reproduced are much more likely than a DC Direct collectible or similar.

Any way to signup for a notification if/when the Meta Madhouse shirts come back?

We have a notification bell in the Rewards section that theoretically alerts to the updated shop, and you’ll notice in the Feedback section the new Rewards ambassador posted an alert when the DP items dropped. If you track the Rewards Feedback area you will get a Community alert - And to that end, we are also working with the tech teams to integrate the Community notifications into a mobile push notification system, a la social media.

I really had fun with Batman movie Bingo, I was thinking, when Superman 2 comes to DC Universe and the first movie is still here, can we please do a Superman movie Bingo game also? I think that’ll be alot of fun also.

I would definitely be up for a Superman movie watch along if I am able. The only drawback is the length of the first 2 films, would be quite a haul for one sitting…

@Applejack, since Harley Quinn is now being aired on SyFy as well as DC Universe, would it qualify for Emmy Awards?

I believe Emmys are only considered for original airing, not re-broadcast But hopefully they’ll loosen up and consider streaming services in the future!

As of late, when a new collection of older material comes along, we’ve also seen concurrent releases of new-to-digital single issues of that content. It happened with the release of “Adventures of Superman, by George Perez”, and his run on Action Comics that began with #643. This is also happening with the Michael Fleischer Spectre omnibus and the digital release of issues of Adventure Comics that featured his Spectre run.

While it is a ways off, have you been provided any info by DC’s digitization team that indicates the single issues of the Generations minis are slated for a digital release? I’d bet a Duff and my ability to toss Barney quite spectacularly that the likelihood of the digital release of the Generations minis is pretty strong, due largely to their forthcoming omnibus. I would love to re-read them via DCU, and I doubt I’m the only one.

It certainly goes hand in hand then when a comic is restored for physical republication is also gets restored digitally, so I think your detective work is on the right track. Our teams have been so disparate lately that I haven’t had a chance to meaningfully connect- BUT!! I strongly recommend dropping this question to the DC Archives Comic Publishing team through the upcoming FanDome event here!
