I’ve created a form for us to finalize our rankings from 2022. The formatting is a bit odd, but, after days of looking for better, I decided this was the best I could do.

There’s far too much of a certain psychotic clown B-Word in the Holiday Specials for my taste.
Also, and yes I do agree that this is like complaining about the Peanut holiday specials which I re-watch nonetheless, so I can understand what people’s reaction will be, but the modern stories have that highly predictable quality without having the rose-colored nostalgia googles patina that the Peanut specials have.
Things can be ‘modern classics’ - but very few of the holiday specials accomplish that, and I’m not just referring to the ones for the recent Festivus miracles but the DC Holiday Specials generally of the Rebirth and post, and the DCU Infinite Holiday specials pre-Flashpoint as well (albeit some of those come closer to hitting that Modern Classic effect IMHO).

Hello everyone!
So for my first obscure recommendation I would want to mention a series that got me into reading more mature dc comics
Madame Xanadu Doorway to nightmare is a spooky anthology with the mysterious Madame Xanadu who specializes in helping people with the supernatural in a urban setting. Her series was short-lived but I enjoy reading it and got me interested in darker and moody stories.
