I’m leaning towards Impulse. I love Young Justice because it always makes exactly the stupid joke I’m about to make, and Impulse is the funniest character in that series.
Also, an early story arc of Justice League International involved an alien named Lord Manga Khan who was kind of poking fun and Silver Age alien invader-type villains, and he was ridiculously funny.
