The reason that I am reporting this as an error and not an issue request is because these 17 issues were all supposed to have been added to DCUI way back in April 2019 when the first massive batch of 20,000 comics was added to the service,

Do you have a link/quote/screenshot for this? I cannot find any evidence internally that these were slated to be added in the initial 20,000 after a brief search.
