  1. I have read every single appearance of them in Pre-Crisis continuity, plus a large chunk of what was Post-Crisis.
  2. Definitely Jay Garrick. I grew up on Barry/Jay team up stories.
  3. I started reading JSA titles when I was really young. I can’t remember a time when I wasn’t reading them.

  1. Superman, Batman, Dr. Fate, Starman, Hourman, Dr. Mid-Nite, Flash, Green Lantern, Spectre, Wonder Woman and then there’s the All-Star Squadron…

  2. I missed out on the JLA/ JSA crossover in 1975 so it was All-Star Comics #58 in October 1975 where I first encountered the team.
