…I found out Abra Kadabra from the Flash and Polka Dot Man from Suicide Squad were played by the same actor. Such range that I never saw it.

Yep, he was the guy that Harvey tortures and is stopped by Batman. He was also in Ant Man & The Wasp, and he voiced Calandar Man in the Batman: The Long Halloween movies.
