@Tobias: There is no XBox-PC crossplay at the moment, just PS4-PC, though hope springs eternal.
@Meekey: Once you get enough Skill Points, you can open up all of the other weapons, including one- and two-handed options. Not sure how small they get, but you can probably find a short-ish sword to use as a dagger.
