Those people were the worst. It’s one thing if it was a legitimate complaint, but they just assumed everything would be on the platform. When you asked them for proof of any ads or anything that stated everything would be on the service they either didn’t respond or came back with the ever-popular “That’s not the point!”
All that seems like a lifetime ago.
