Do u remember the version of him in Jokers Last Laugh. Sorry for the delay. I had to look if it was Underworld Unleashed or Last Laugh? I couldn’t find my answer, but, my gut says Last Laugh. He’s in Prison & Nightwing goes to stop a breakout. There’s a different version of him. He’s tiny & Joker keeps killing him until he gets a good superpower.
I realize my statement was kind of ironic since his power revolves around dying. I’m thinking the power he gets by dying isn’t doing him any good since guys like Batman and Robin with no powers don’t die nearly as much.
