I was really saddened by this news. MAD Magazine was always a favorite of mine when I was younger. SPY VS SPY was always my favorite recurring gag, and the iconic covers of those issues are iconic even today. I hope this isn’t the end for MAD, with all the recent news regarding the magazine.

I love that MAD can be and was a “dad magazine.” Ask anyone’s dad what they thought about or if they read MAD. It’s not an age thing, it’s genuinely filled with dad jokes that evolve over time.
