It’s rare to really see Lanterns go hand-to-hand, so this story is pretty cool for it.

That is one change from the comics with this show – in the comics, a Red Lantern’s ring is connected to the user’s heart, and would die if the ring was removed. The only way it can be is with a Blue Lantern.
