Who is Kaldur’s father? I thought it was Black Manta? Kaldur introduces someone else as his father in this episode.

Probably his stepdad. I thought is was weird that he introduced his parents at all though. Why had we not meet his mom before or why did she not tell him that his real dad was Black Manta?
I believe that is his adopted father who he considers to be his real father even though Black Manta is his biological one.
