I know that Blue Beetle is from Texas… but he’s from the complete opposite side of it from where I’m at.
I should specify, Jaime Reyes is from Texas.

Over the years there have been hints in the comic books that Central City is in Missouri (some hints even that it might just be St. Louis). In the Arrowverse, in the Legends of Tomorrow episode “Slay Anything,” a toe tag on serial killer Freddy Meyers’s body bag reads, “Central City, Missouri.” It would then seem Barry Allen is my state hero!

Not sure about Central City, but Denny O’Neil has said that he based Hub City on St Louis.
