I’ve ben really frustrated with the service for a while as each time I finish reading the latest issue of a series it automatically puts all of the trades/collections of that series in my Dive Back In. Even if I click through every single trade (which takes forever), then the next month when I read an issue, the same thing happens. This has become so frustrating that it’s really taking away from my enjoyment of a service that otherwise would be great. I’ve contacted support about this problem for months and each time they just tell me to click through them all but never address the issue. We all pay good money for this service and it’s a shame that such technical errors do not get addressed and I really hope posting this results in some actual support.
