As far as rating this series, while the plot, art and basic story hold together very well over 30 years later (hmmm, feels like Legends just came out after Crisis), the dialogue wasn’t Roy’s best (see All-Star Squadron and Infinity Inc for better character development and dialogue and story, along with that long run on the Avengers). I give this a 7 out of 10; worth the read and the trip down memory lane for sure!
Gotta say, I really like that Captain Marvel costume design; that white cape with gold trim is real different and works so well…it’s still there in the issue #1 I picked up today, lol.
