Giganta vs. Queen Hippolyta: Hippolyta. She was the Golden Age Wonder Woman once, you know. She can handle her daughter’s villains.
Crazy Jane vs. Black Lightning: Crazy Jane. Her powers are too versatile and unpredictable for Jefferson to get a bead on.
XS vs. Hawkman: Hawkman. He’s been working alongside speedsters for decades, and knows how to see one coming. Plus he’s got the advantage of flight.
Streaky vs. Cheetah: Streaky. Cheetah wouldn’t hurt a cat, and this one has the powers of Superman.
Highfather vs. Granny Goodness: Granny. Highfather possesses immense power, but he doesn’t really use it for combat.
Vixen vs. Man-Bat: Vixen. Man-Bat has the abilities of a bat. Vixen has the abilities of everything else.
Booster Gold vs. Black Canary: Canary. Booster’s way too full of himself to see her coming.
Wonder Girl vs. The Flash: The Flash. Super speed’s a really tough power to beat.

I like the xs on the flash but hawk man because he has the advantage of flight plus weapons and strength
Streaky Superman’s powers are to much for cheetah
Black canary because even though bg is better equipped face it black canary can fight like the best of them
Flash definitely wondegirl is to inexperienced and flash is faster more experienced and overall more powerful

Queen Hyppolyta. (She has a sword so sharp it can cut atoms apart, almost no amount of durability can protect from that.)
Black Lightning. (Black lightning actually has a lightning form, in which his body is completely composed of lightning. In this form he can walk through solid objects, travel at extremely high speeds, and is invulnerable to almost any physical attack. Jane has nothing in her arsenal to combat that. Black Lightning can also gain more power from surrounding electricity sources, so he also has virtually limitless stamina.)
XS. (Hawkman’s only chance of winning is getting a lucky hit in with the Claw of Horace, which is very unlikely. Getting hit by anything at light speed, such as a fist, would do massive damage to Hawkman, as his durability and healing, while super human, are not very high, especially compared to XS’s healing. XS can even match him in the sky,as she was given a Legion Flight Ring by the Legion of Super Heroes.)
Streaky. (No contest. Streaky has most of Superman powers, though slightly weaker, and super human intelligence.)
Highfather. (Highfather has almost the same power as Darkseid, and could have the same power if he completely fused himself with the Source.)
Vixen. (Vixen has access to better durability and strength through her multiple animal powers.)
Black Canary. (Black Canary has waaaaaay more experience fighting more powerful foes and actually takes thing seriously.)
Flash. (Flash’s ability to pull people into his own dimension (Speed Force) is the ultimate trump card and allows him to have almost limitless power while fighting anyone. Plus he has much more experience.)
