I wanted to ink over and color a cover by George Perez as a tribute to him. He was a huge inspiration to me as a kid. I loved tracing over his work as I tried to learn how to draw. It was very daunting, but I knew it was his cover for Crisis #12 that I had to ink.
I clearly remember the amazement I felt when I first saw it and it cemented my love for all things DC, but more importantly for mr. Perez’s stunning art!
