Do you see Black Vulcan and Black Lightning similar or different? and Why? Which do you favor or like more than the other? Given that they might be similar, could they exist in the same universe?
Different.
In my mind, Black Lightning is more of a street hero, with powers roughly the same level as Black Canary, Luke Cage, Iron Fist or the Jessica Drew Spider-Woman.
Black Vulcan is more super-heroic and can fly. A typical blaster with flight.

different Black Lighting has a family and is a good parent and very fleshed out while all we saw was Black Vulcan hanging out with the super friends
