What is your favorite Tim Burton movie… Now exclusions… I’m saying Batman but that’s me… What’s yours.
As much as I love 89 Batman, I think Edward Scissorhands was Tim Burton at his absolute best.
Batman 89 is my all time favorite movie, but I love Edward Scissorhands, too.
Batman is his best film based on an existing intellectual property. Ed Wood is his masterpiece.
Batman 89 and Batman Returns all the way are my favorites.
Batman Returns. Too bad after it the tone changed for the following 2 movies.
Easy answer: Batman '89
Nostalgia answer: Nightmare Before Christmas, which was my introduction to Burton (and Danny Elfman)
@dkalban That ones not actually directed by Burton (he was occupied working on Batman Returns, so while its based on Burton’s characters and a short story he wrote, it was directed by Henry Selick).
Eh, he produced it, he wrote the story, I accept it as part of his oeuvre
For a more OUT THERE choice? Ed Wood.
Edward Scissorhands
Sleepy Hollow is my favorite non batman movie of his.
