Barry Allan. Mostly because of his dynamic history with Reverse Flash.

Born and raised on Barry Allen, but Wally West is the greatest Flash ever! Not only is Wally the fastest man alive, but he is the heart and soul of the DC universe. Wally is the peacemaker. He steps between Clark and Ollie when they’re arguing. Wally’s the compassionate one. Batman and Orion are about to crack open Trickster’s head when Wally steps in and asks James if he’s off his meds. Wally’s the family man. He’ll do anything to get Linda and the kids back, Clark allows Lois and Jon to go on a universal excursion with his deranged father. The case can be made that Wally is the greatest hero in the DC universe.
